浙江邮电职业技术学院是省内唯一一所信息通信、邮政快递类专业为特色的省属公办全日制普通高等职业院校，省级文明单位，始建于1958年。学校主校区坐落于历史文化名城绍兴（浙江四大湾区之一绍兴滨海新区），杭州校区为学生综合实训和职工教育培训中心。

Zhejiang Post and Telecommunication College is the only provincial public full-time higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province featuring information communication, postal and express delivery majors. It is a provincial civilized unit founded in 1958. The main campus is located in Shaoxing, a famous historical and cultural city (Shaoxing Binhai New Area, one of the four major bay areas in Zhejiang), and the Hangzhou campus serves as the comprehensive training and staff education & training center for students.

学校是国家智慧城市培训基地、国家安全生产培训演练基地、国家专业技术人员继续教育基地、国家邮政局确定的第一批全国邮政行业人才培养基地，兼具邮政和通信两大行业特有工种职业技能鉴定资质，被誉为浙江通信行业的“黄埔军校”、全国邮政快递人才培养的“五朵金花”之一。学校聚焦数字化技能型人才培养，沿数字产业化、产业数字化和邮政智能化三个方向设立22个专业，毕业生初次就业率连续五年保持在97%以上。

The college is a National Smart City Training Base, National Work Safety Training and Drill Base, National Continuing Education Base for Professional and Technical Personnel, and one of the first National Postal Industry Talent Training Bases designated by the State Post Bureau. It has vocational skill appraisal qualifications for special types of work in both postal and telecommunications industries, known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" of Zhejiang's telecommunications industry and one of the "Five Golden Flowers" for national postal and express talent training. Focusing on cultivating digital skilled talents, the college offers 22 majors in three directions: digital industrialization, industrial digitalization, and postal intelligence. The initial employment rate of graduates has remained above 97% for five consecutive years.
