浙江建设职业技术学院，坐落于杭州钱塘江畔，是浙江省唯一的公办建设类全日制高等职业院校，2002年1月经浙江省政府批准正式成立。学校前身为1958年创办的浙江省建筑工业学校，六十余载栉风沐雨，学校始终坚持党的全面领导，坚持社会主义办学方向，聚焦立德树人根本任务，秉持“格物求新、致远求实”的校训，长期以来为建设行业和地方经济发展输送了7万余名优秀人才，先后入选中国特色高水平高职学校（2025-2029年）专业群建设单位、（2019-2024年）专业群A档建设单位、国家优质高职院校、国家骨干高等职业院校、全国青年文明号、浙江省中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位、浙江省级示范性高等职业院校，成为全国建设类职业教育领域的标杆院校之一。

Zhejiang College of Construction, located on the banks of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, is the only public full-time higher vocational college specializing in construction in Zhejiang Province. It was officially established in January 2002 with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial Government. The college traces its roots back to the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Architectural Industry founded in 1958. After more than 60 years of development, it has始终 adhered to the Party's overall leadership, the socialist orientation in running schools, and focused on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Upholding the school motto of "Seeking Innovation through Exploration, Pursuing Truth for Progress", it has cultivated over 70,000 outstanding talents for the construction industry and local economic development. It has been successively selected as a professional group construction unit for China's High-level Vocational Colleges with Distinctive Features (2025-2029), a Grade A professional group construction unit (2019-2024), a National High-quality Vocational College, a National Key Higher Vocational College, a National Youth Civilization号, a Zhejiang Provincial High-level Vocational College with Distinctive Features, and a Zhejiang Provincial Demonstrative Higher Vocational College, becoming one of the benchmark institutions in the field of national construction vocational education.

学校现有杭州萧山、绍兴上虞两个校区，共占地1030余亩，全日制在校生13500余名。教学科研仪器设备价值约2.67亿元，各类纸质（含电子）图书161万余册，已建成多层级、多类型的各类实训基地900余个。拥有国家级协同创新中心2个、浙江省开放型区域产教融合实践中心1个、各类实验实训室136个，现为全国职业院校数字校园第一批试点建设单位、全国职业院校数字校园建设样板校。学校下设建筑工程学院、工程管理学院等6个二级学院及多个教学机构，开设42个高职专科专业和4个职业本科专业，专业布局紧密对接产业转型发展需求，现有国家级职业教育专业教学资源库3个、国家级在线精品课程3门，获国家级教学成果奖1项，国家级教材奖2项，主编国家级、省部级教材110余部，形成了教学与科研协同发展的强劲动能。

The college has two campuses in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou and Shangyu, Shaoxing, covering a total area of over 1,030 mu, with more than 13,500 full-time students. The value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is approximately 267 million yuan, and there are more than 1.61 million paper (including electronic) books. It has built over 900 multi-level and multi-type training bases, including 2 National-level Collaborative Innovation Centers, 1 Zhejiang Provincial Open Regional Industry-Education Integration Practice Center, and 136 various laboratories and training rooms. It is now a pilot construction unit for the first batch of digital campuses in national vocational colleges and a model school for digital campus construction in national vocational colleges. The college has 6 secondary colleges including the School of Civil Engineering and the School of Engineering Management, as well as multiple teaching institutions. It offers 42 higher vocational programs and 4 vocational undergraduate programs, with专业布局 closely aligned with the needs of industrial transformation and development. It currently has 3 National-level Vocational Education Professional Teaching Resource Databases, 3 National-level Online Quality Courses, 1 National Teaching Achievement Award, 2 National Textbook Awards, and has edited more than 110 national and provincial-level textbooks, forming a strong momentum for the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research.
