浙江金融职业学院是一所由浙江省人民政府举办的公办全日制普通高等职业学校，前身为1975年建立的浙江财政银行学校，2002年正式升格为高等职业学院。学校是全国首批国家示范性高等职业院校建设单位、浙江省重点建设高职院校，2019年入选中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划（B档），以培养金融行业高素质应用型人才为核心定位。

Zhejiang Financial College is a public full-time higher vocational school run by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. Its predecessor was Zhejiang Finance and Banking School founded in 1975, and it was officially upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2002. The college is among the first batch of national示范性 higher vocational college construction units, a key construction higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province, and was selected into the "Double High-Level" Plan (Grade B) in 2019, focusing on cultivating high-quality applied talents for the financial industry.

学校坐落于杭州钱塘区和绍兴越城区，现有全日制在校生10000余人，教职工600余人，开设金融管理、国际金融、会计等23个专业。习近平总书记曾于2005年为学校建校30周年发来贺信，勉励学校建设具有特色的示范性高职院校。学校先后荣获"全国毕业生就业典型经验高校""国家优质专科高等职业院校"等称号，被誉为"浙江省金融界的黄埔军校"。

Located in Qiantang District of Hangzhou and Yuecheng District of Shaoxing, the college has over 10,000 full-time students and more than 600 faculty members, offering 23 majors including Financial Management, International Finance, and Accounting. General Secretary Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter for the school's 30th anniversary in 2005, encouraging it to build a distinctive示范性 higher vocational college. It has been awarded titles such as "National Model College for Graduate Employment" and "National High-Quality Vocational College", and is known as the "Whampoa Military Academy of Zhejiang's financial industry".
