浙江安防职业技术学院是浙江省唯一、全国极少专注大安全、大应急、大减灾领域人才培养的公办全日制高职院校，由温州市人民政府联合公安部第一研究所和浙江省公安厅发起创立，并由浙江省应急管理厅与温州市人民政府合作共建。学校始终秉持“崇德尚能、知行合一”的校训精神，坚持“错位发展、特色取胜”的办学理念，是浙江省第二期“双高”建设单位，入选教育部第二批现代学徒制试点学校、应急管理部首批应急安全智慧学习工场暨应急管理学院建设试点高职院校等。

Zhejiang College of Security Technology is the only public full-time higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province and one of the few in China focusing on talent cultivation in the fields of major safety, major emergency response, and major disaster reduction. It was co-founded by the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government, the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, and the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, and is co-constructed by the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department and the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government. Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue and Ability, Integration of Knowledge and Practice" and the school-running philosophy of "Differentiated Development and Winning with Characteristics", it is a unit of the second phase of "Double High-Level" construction in Zhejiang Province, and has been selected into the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot schools by the Ministry of Education and the first batch of pilot higher vocational colleges for emergency safety smart learning workshops and emergency management college construction by the Ministry of Emergency Management.

学校位于温州市瓯海区，规划占地约1000亩，教学科研仪器设备总值超1亿元，馆藏图书110万册。现有教职工近600人，高级职称占比24.76%，开设安全防范技术、应急救援技术、人工智能技术应用等33个专业，形成数智安防、防灾救援等六大专业群，在校生超万人。毕业生去向落实率稳定在98%以上，留温率达52.51%，专业竞争力位列全国安全类高职院校前5。

Located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, the college covers a planned area of about 1,000 mu, with teaching and research instruments and equipment worth over 100 million yuan and a collection of 1.1 million books. It has nearly 600 faculty members, with 24.76% having senior professional titles, and offers 33 majors including Security Technology, Emergency Rescue Technology, and Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, forming six major professional groups such as digital intelligence security and disaster prevention and rescue, with over 10,000 students. The employment rate of graduates remains stable at over 98%, with 52.51% staying in Wenzhou, and its professional competitiveness ranks among the top 5 security vocational colleges in China.
