烟台文化旅游职业学院位于国家历史文化名城、首批国家全域旅游示范区山东省烟台市，是经山东省人民政府批准、烟台市人民政府主办的专科层次全日制公办普通高等学校。学院规划占地739亩，现有教职工560余人，在校生1万人，拥有三年制大专、3+2对口贯通分段培养等多种教育模式，是国家级高技能人才培训基地、文化和旅游部旅游职业教育校企合作示范基地。

Yantai Vocational College of Culture and Tourism is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province, a national historical and cultural city and one of the first national all-for-one tourism demonstration zones. It is a full-time public higher vocational college at the junior college level approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province and sponsored by the People's Government of Yantai City. The college covers a planned area of 739 mu, with more than 560 faculty members and 10,000 students. It offers various educational models such as three-year junior college education and 3+2 counterpart贯通 segmented training, and is a national high-skilled talent training base and a demonstration base for school-enterprise cooperation in tourism vocational education of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

学院紧密对接区域产业发展需求，构建了以烹饪营养省级高水平专业群为引领，滨海旅游、文化创意等优势专业群为重点的"1+2+4"专业格局，开设烹饪工艺与营养、葡萄酒文化与营销、人工智能技术应用等23个高职专业。学院深化产教融合，成立9个产业学院和多个大师工作室，建成中国鲁菜学府等多个实训基地，获评"鲁菜师傅"全国新星劳务品牌，为文旅产业培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

Closely aligning with the needs of regional industrial development, the college has built a "1+2+4" professional pattern led by the provincial high-level professional group of culinary nutrition, with key professional groups such as coastal tourism and cultural creativity. It offers 23 higher vocational majors including culinary technology and nutrition, wine culture and marketing, and artificial intelligence technology application. The college deepens industry-education integration, has established 9 industrial colleges and multiple master studios, built multiple training bases such as the Chinese Lu Cuisine Academy, and was awarded the national star labor brand of "Lu Cuisine Chefs", cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the cultural and tourism industry.
