徐州工业职业技术学院是江苏省省属公办全日制高校、中国特色高水平专业群建设单位、江苏省高水平高职院校建设单位。学校坐落在两汉文化旅游区，南依风景迤逦九里山，北望碧波荡漾九里湖，山水相连、人文荟萃；校园芳草萋萋，环境幽雅，是求知成才的理想之所。

Xuzhou Vocational College of Industrial Technology is a public full-time college under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, a construction unit of China's characteristic high-level professional groups, and a construction unit of Jiangsu Provincial High-level Vocational Colleges. Located in the Han culture tourism area, the school is adjacent to the scenic Jiuli Mountain in the south and overlooks the rippling Jiuli Lake in the north, with connected mountains and rivers and a gathering of cultural elites. The campus is covered with green grass and has a quiet environment, making it an ideal place for seeking knowledge and achieving success.

学校创办于1964年，时为徐州市轻化工职业学校，历经多次更名与发展，2002年6月正式更名为徐州工业职业技术学院。现有九里校区、大学科技园暨淮海文化科技产业园两个校区，占地1300亩，学历教育在校生1.3万人。学校设有13个教学单位，开设34个招生专业，拥有国家级实训基地4个、省级实训基地4个、市级实训平台5个，以及省级研发中心10个、市级研发中心（实验室）44个，形成了以工科为主，多学科协调发展的办学格局。

Founded in 1964 as Xuzhou Light Chemical Vocational School, the school underwent several name changes and developments, and was officially renamed Xuzhou Vocational College of Industrial Technology in June 2002. Currently, it has two campuses: Jiuli Campus and University Science and Technology Park cum Huaihai Cultural and Technological Industry Park, covering an area of 1300 mu with 13,000 students in academic education. The school has 13 teaching units, offering 34 enrollment majors, and boasts 4 national-level training bases, 4 provincial-level training bases, 5 municipal-level training platforms, as well as 10 provincial-level R&D centers and 44 municipal-level R&D centers (laboratories), forming a school-running pattern dominated by engineering and coordinated development of multiple disciplines.
