信阳职业技术学院是一所经河南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业公办专科学校，传承于1903年建立的豫南道立师范学堂，至今已有120余年办学历史。学校由原信阳师范学校、信阳教育学院、信阳卫生学校于2004年合并组建，2009年信阳商业学校整体并入，现位于河南省信阳市羊山新区，校园占地面积2025.43亩，建筑面积70.92万平方米，馆藏图书196.8万册，实验实训设备总值1.69亿元。

Xinyang Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its history dates back to the Yunan Daoli Normal School founded in 1903, boasting over 120 years of educational heritage. Established in 2004 through the merger of the former Xinyang Normal School, Xinyang Institute of Education, and Xinyang Health School, it incorporated Xinyang Commercial School in 2009. Situated in Yangshan New District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, the campus spans 2025.43 mu (about 1.35 square kilometers) with a building area of 709,200 square meters, housing 1.968 million library books and experimental training equipment worth 169 million yuan.

学校设有医学院、护理学院等18个教学院部，开设医药卫生、文化教育、应用技术和商贸服务四大专业集群共55个专业，其中国家级骨干专业2个（护理、学前教育），省级骨干专业5个。现有教职工1235人，硕士以上学位651人，副高级以上职称341人，双师型教师占比82%；全日制在校生23000余人。学校先后获评全国文明单位、全国职业教育先进单位、河南省高水平高等职业学校和高水平专业建设工程建设单位。

The college comprises 18 teaching units including the School of Medicine and School of Nursing, offering 55 programs across four major clusters: medical and health, cultural education, applied technology, and commerce services. It features 2 national-level key majors (Nursing, Preschool Education) and 5 provincial-level key majors. The faculty consists of 1,235 staff members, with 651 holding master's degrees or higher, 341 with senior professional titles, and 82% being "double-qualified" teachers. The college enrolls over 23,000 full-time students and has been awarded titles such as National Civilized Unit, National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education, and a construction unit for Henan Provincial High-level Vocational Schools and Specialized Programs Project.
