苏州工业职业技术学院（Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology），简称苏工院，是苏州市属、江苏省主管的全日制普通高等职业院校，是国家首批“双高计划”建设单位、江苏省示范性高职院校。学校前身可追溯至1946年成立的江苏省立苏州高级工业职业学校，2003年经江苏省人民政府批准升格为高职院校，现坐落于苏州市吴中大道国际教育园，占地近千亩。

Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology (SIIT), referred to as Suzhou Institute of Technology, is a full-time public higher vocational college affiliated to Suzhou City and administered by Jiangsu Province. It is among the first batch of national "Double-High Plan" construction units and a demonstration higher vocational college in Jiangsu Province. Tracing its roots back to the Jiangsu Provincial Suzhou Advanced Industrial Vocational School founded in 1946, SIIT was upgraded to a higher vocational college with the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in 2003. Currently located in the International Education Park on Wuzhong Avenue, Suzhou, the campus covers an area of nearly 1,000 mu.

学校以工科为特色，设有精密制造学院、智能装备学院、集成电路与通信学院等10个二级学院，开设机械制造与自动化、电子信息工程技术、人工智能技术应用等40余个专业，其中国家级骨干专业6个、省级重点专业群5个。校内建有国家级生产性实训基地3个、省级产教融合平台8个，与华为、西门子等200余家企业建立深度合作，形成“校企协同、工学交替”的人才培养模式。

With engineering as its core strength, the college comprises 10 secondary schools including the School of Precision Manufacturing, School of Intelligent Equipment, and School of Integrated Circuits and Communications. It offers over 40 programs such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Electronic Information Engineering Technology, and Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, including 6 national-level key majors and 5 provincial-level key specialty groups. The campus houses 3 national-level productive training bases and 8 provincial-level industry-education integration platforms, establishing in-depth cooperation with more than 200 enterprises including Huawei and Siemens, forming a talent cultivation model of "school-enterprise collaboration and work-study alternation".

学校现有教职工600余人，其中教授、副教授占比达45%，“双师型”教师占比85%以上。近年来获国家级教学成果奖3项、省级教学成果奖12项，学生在全国职业院校技能大赛中获奖130余项。毕业生就业率连续多年保持在98%以上，为长三角地区先进制造业和现代服务业培养了大批技术技能人才，先后获评“江苏省文明校园”“江苏省高校毕业生就业工作先进集体”。

SIIT boasts a faculty of over 600 members, with professors and associate professors accounting for 45% and "double-qualified" teachers exceeding 85%. In recent years, it has won 3 national teaching achievement awards and 12 provincial ones, with students claiming over 130 awards in national vocational college skills competitions. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 98% for years, cultivating numerous technical talents for advanced manufacturing and modern service industries in the Yangtze River Delta. It has been successively honored as "Jiangsu Civilized Campus" and "Advanced Collective for Graduate Employment in Jiangsu Colleges and Universities".
