沈阳航空职业技术学院是2003年经辽宁省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的省属全日制公办高等职业技术学院，也是辽宁省唯一由企业承办的高职院校，设有沈飞和黎明两个校区，分别独立管理。学院隶属于中国航空工业集团公司，依托沈阳飞机工业（集团）有限公司等航空企业资源，形成“企业办学、航空特色”的办学模式，主要面向航空军工行业及装备制造业培养高技能应用型人才。

Shenyang Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government in 2003 and registered with the Ministry of Education. As the only vocational college run by enterprises in Liaoning Province, it has two independently managed campuses: Shenfei and Liming. Affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China, the college leverages resources from aviation enterprises such as Shenyang Aircraft Corporation to form a "enterprise-run, aviation-featured" educational model, focusing on cultivating high-skilled applied talents for the aviation military industry and equipment manufacturing sector.

学院以“面向企业、服务航空、辐射装备制造”为办学宗旨，开设有机电设备运行与维护、数控技术、航空电子设备维修、飞机制造技术等特色专业，其中模具设计与制造、应用电子技术等为省级示范专业。校内建有航空特有工种实训基地、数控加工中心等17个实验实训场所，校外与20余家企业建立实习合作关系，2006年起与沈阳空军某部联合开展定向士官培养，近年来就业率保持在75%以上。

With the mission of "serving enterprises, aviation industry, and equipment manufacturing", the college offers featured majors including Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Operation and Maintenance, Numerical Control Technology, Aviation Electronic Equipment Maintenance, and Aircraft Manufacturing Technology. Among these, Mold Design and Manufacturing and Applied Electronic Technology are provincial demonstration majors. The college has 17 on-campus training bases such as aviation-specific vocational training centers and CNC machining centers, and has established internship partnerships with over 20 enterprises. Since 2006, it has collaborated with a Shenyang Air Force unit to cultivate定向 non-commissioned officers, maintaining an employment rate of over 75% in recent years.

学院现有教职工179人，其中专任教师107人，副教授及以上职称教师占比52%，“双师型”教师64人。秉承“修德敬业、教书育人”的教风，实施院、系二级教学督导制度，形成“勤学多思、强技求真”的学风。图书馆藏书8.5万册，配备多媒体教室、数字化培训中心等教学设施，致力于打造“规范严谨、求是创新”的校风，为国防现代化和东北老工业基地振兴提供人才支撑。

The college has 179 faculty members, including 107 full-time teachers, with 52% holding associate senior titles or above and 64 being "dual-qualified" teachers. Adhering to the teaching philosophy of "cultivating virtue, dedicated teaching", it implements a two-level teaching supervision system (college and department) to foster a learning atmosphere of "diligent study, critical thinking, and practical skills". With 85,000 library books and teaching facilities such as multimedia classrooms and digital training centers, the college strives to build a school spirit of "standardization, rigor, truth-seeking, and innovation", supporting national defense modernization and the revitalization of Northeast China's old industrial base.
