上海欧华职业技术学院（简称上海欧华学院）始建于1999年，是经上海市人民政府批准设立并经教育部备案的普通高等学校。学院董事长金扣干女士曾任国家教委国家教育发展规划研究员，国际著名社会活动家陈香梅女士担任名誉院长。学院发展过程中得到著名社会学家、全国人大原副委员长费孝通教授的支持，著名医学科学家、全国人大原副委员长吴阶平教授为学院题写校名。2012年10月，学院搬迁至奉贤区新校区，地处海湾大学园区，占地172亩，建筑面积12万多平方米，校园环境优美，交通便捷，周边环绕高科技园区与文化资源。

Shanghai Ouhua Vocational and Technical College (referred to as Shanghai Ouhua College) was founded in 1999. It is a regular higher education institution approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Ms. Jin Kougan, the college's chairperson, once served as a researcher at the National Education Development Planning Institute of the State Education Commission. The internationally renowned social activist Ms. Anna Chennault serves as the honorary president. During its development, the college has received support from the famous sociologist and former Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress, Professor Fei Xiaotong. The famous medical scientist and former Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress, Professor Wu Jieping, inscribed the college's name. In October 2012, the college moved to its new campus in Fengxian District, located in the Haiwan University Park, covering an area of 172 mu with a construction area of over 120,000 square meters. The campus has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by high-tech parks and cultural resources.

学院实施三年全日制高等职业技术教育，设有卫生与健康系、外语与教育系、管理系、应用技术系、艺术与设计系等六系一部，开设护理、物流管理、老年服务与管理、航空服务、艺术设计等15个贴合市场需求的专业，其中老年服务与管理专业为特色重点专业。学院师资力量雄厚，高级职称教师占比超三分之一，双师型教师团队保障实践教学质量，与上海大众等知名企业共建实习基地，就业率保持在95%以上。

The college offers three-year full-time higher vocational and technical education, with six departments and one teaching section, including the Department of Health and Wellness, Department of Foreign Languages and Education, Department of Management, Department of Applied Technology, and Department of Art and Design. It offers 15 market-oriented majors such as Nursing, Logistics Management, Elderly Service and Management, Aviation Service, and Art Design, among which Elderly Service and Management is a key featured major. The college boasts a strong teaching staff, with over one-third of teachers holding senior professional titles. The team of "double-qualified" teachers ensures the quality of practical teaching. It has established internship bases with well-known enterprises like SAIC Volkswagen, maintaining an employment rate of over 95%.
