上海工会管理职业学院（Shanghai Vocational College of Trade Union），简称上海工会学院，是一所由上海市教育委员会主管的全日制普通高等学校，前身是1951年创办的上海工会管理干部学院，隶属上海市总工会。学院1986年升格为成人高等学校，2000年起举办高职学历教育，转型为普通高等职业院校。

Shanghai Vocational College of Trade Union, referred to as Shanghai Trade Union College, is a full-time ordinary higher education institution under the administration of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. Its predecessor was the Shanghai Trade Union Management Cadre College founded in 1951, which is affiliated to the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions. The college was upgraded to an adult higher education institution in 1986 and began offering higher vocational education in 2000, transforming into a regular higher vocational college.

学院以工会干部培训、工会理论研究和工会学术交流为核心职能，设有奉贤、杨浦两个校区，每年举办各类培训班约150期，培训学员逾万人。学院注重教研咨一体化建设，拥有《工会理论研究》《上海工会智库》等学术载体，以及与复旦大学共建的“马克思主义工运理论研究基地”，致力于打造工运理论研究重镇。

The college focuses on trade union cadre training, trade union theory research, and trade union academic exchanges, with two campuses in Fengxian and Yangpu. It holds about 150 training courses annually, training over 10,000 students. The college emphasizes the integration of teaching, research, and consulting, with academic carriers such as "Trade Union Theory Research" and "Shanghai Trade Union Think Tank", as well as the "Marxist Labor Movement Theory Research Base" co-established with Fudan University, dedicated to building a key hub for labor movement theory research.
