七台河职业学院坐落于东北边陲的国家园林城市——冬奥冠军之城七台河。七台河市地处黑龙江省东部城市群中心位置，交通四通八达，牡佳铁路、鹤大高速、依七高速、饶盖公路贯穿全境；城市辖区自然资源丰富，生态环境良好，城在山水中，山水嵌城中的北国园林风光独具特色，拥有西大圈、石龙山两个国家级森林公园和桃山湖国家湿地公园；曾是原吉东省委、抗联二路军总部所在地，东北抗联最为活跃、时间最长、面积最大的抗日根据地；是国家重点高水平体育后备人才基地，中国奥委会2022年授予七台河奥运冠军之城纪念奖杯。

Qitaihe Vocational College is located in Qitaihe, a national garden city and the "City of Olympic Champions" in the northeastern border area of China. Situated at the center of the eastern urban agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province, Qitaihe enjoys convenient transportation, with the Mudanjiang-Jiamusi Railway, the Heilongjiang-Dalian Expressway, the Yi'an-Qitaihe Expressway, and the Raogai Highway running through its territory. The city is rich in natural resources and boasts a good ecological environment, featuring unique northern garden scenery where the city is nestled in mountains and rivers, and mountains and rivers are embedded in the city. It is home to two national forest parks (Xidajuan and Shilongshan) and the Taoshan Lake National Wetland Park. Historically, it was the seat of the former Jidong Provincial Party Committee and the headquarters of the Second Route Army of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army, serving as the most active, longest-lasting, and largest anti-Japanese base area of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army. It is also a national key high-level sports reserve talent base, and in 2022, the Chinese Olympic Committee awarded Qitaihe the "City of Olympic Champions" commemorative trophy.

七台河职业学院是经省政府批准、备案的公办全日制普通高等职业学院，2013年与七台河技师学院资源整合，对内统称七台河职业技师学院，实行党政统一领导、资源统一配置的办学机制，构建了职业教育与技工教育相互促进的发展格局。学院现有南北两个校区，总占地面积27万平方米，总建筑面积16.1万平方米，开设3年制大专招生专业20个、五年制招生专业10个、“3+2”招生专业13个、中专招生专业18个，其中中央财政重点建设专业2个、省级重点建设专业4个。学院是省高水平专业群建设项目单位、中职改革发展示范校、国家级高技能人才培训基地、全国首批1+X证书制度试点院校，累计为社会培养4万多名技术技能人才，广泛分布在卫生、教育、煤炭、建筑、汽车、电子等行业。

Qitaihe Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved and registered by the provincial government. In 2013, it integrated resources with Qitaihe Technician College, internally known as Qitaihe Vocational and Technical College, implementing a school-running mechanism of unified Party and government leadership and unified resource allocation, thus forming a development pattern where vocational education and technical education promote each other. The college has two campuses (North and South), covering a total area of 270,000 square meters with a total construction area of 161,000 square meters. It offers 20 three-year college enrollment majors, 10 five-year enrollment majors, 13 "3+2" enrollment majors, and 18 secondary vocational enrollment majors, including 2 key construction majors funded by the central finance and 4 provincial key construction majors. The college is a provincial high-level professional group construction project unit, a model school for secondary vocational reform and development, a national high-skilled talent training base, and one of the first batch of national 1+X certificate system pilot institutions. It has cultivated more than 40,000 technical and skilled talents for the society, who are widely distributed in industries such as health, education, coal, construction, automobile, and electronics.
