青岛幼儿师范高等专科学校成立于2020年3月，是经山东省政府批准设立的专科层次全日制普通高等学校，实行省市两级管理、以青岛市为主的管理体制。学校坐落于中国-上海合作组织地方经贸合作示范区核心区，占地503亩，总规划建筑面积43万平方米，规划办学规模12000人。

Qingdao Preschool Teachers College was established in March 2020 with the approval of Shandong Provincial Government. As a full-time public college offering associate degree programs, it is jointly administered by provincial and municipal governments with Qingdao City taking the lead. Located in the core area of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, the college covers an area of 503 mu (about 335,333 square meters) with a planned total construction area of 430,000 square meters and a designed enrollment capacity of 12,000 students.

学校秉承"立德树人、德技并修、两代师表"的办学理念，践行"尚德、博学、求是、敏行"的校训精神，以师范教育为特色，形成学前教育、珠宝科技、商贸物流等优势专业群协调发展的格局。现设有学前教育学院、商贸学院、珠宝学院等教学单位，开设学前教育、早期教育、首饰设计与工艺、跨境电子商务等25个专业，在校生规模达5000余人。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Cultivating Virtue, Integrating Morality with Skills, and Modeling Teachers for Both Students and Children" and practicing the school motto of "Virtue, Erudition, Seeking Truth, and Agile Action", the college features teacher education while developing coordinated professional clusters in preschool education, jewelry technology, and business logistics. It currently comprises academic units such as the School of Preschool Education, School of Business, and School of Jewelry, offering 25 programs including Preschool Education, Early Childhood Education, Jewelry Design and Technology, and Cross-border E-commerce, with a student population exceeding 5,000.
