辽宁装备制造职业技术学院成立于2006年，是一所以装备制造类工科为主的公办高等职业院校，与辽宁开放大学实行“一套班子、两块牌子”管理机制，资源共享、优势互补。2017年，辽宁省劳动经济学校并入学院。学院现为辽宁省职业教育改革发展示范校、教育部职业教育信息化标杆学校，国家发改委职业教育产教融合项目、国家级创新创业教育实践基地、辽宁省高等职业教育“兴辽卓越”院校建设单位。

Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College was founded in 2006. It is a public higher vocational college focusing on equipment manufacturing engineering. It operates under the "one team, two brands" management mechanism with Liaoning Open University, enabling resource sharing and complementary advantages. In 2017, Liaoning Provincial Labor Economic School was merged into the college. Currently, the college is a Model School for Vocational Education Reform and Development in Liaoning Province, a Benchmark School for Vocational Education Informatization of the Ministry of Education, a Vocational Education Industry-Education Integration Project of the National Development and Reform Commission, a National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Practice Base, and a construction unit of "Xingliao Excellence" colleges in Liaoning higher vocational education.

学院坐落于辽宁省省会沈阳，拥有北陵、蒲河和榆林三个校区，开设普通高等职业教育专业31个，重点建设以智能制造技术、新能源汽车技术、工业机器人技术、现代移动通信技术和现代物流管理为龙头的五大高职专业群，获批数控技术、机电一体化技术、电气自动化技术、汽车检测与维修技术等国家级骨干专业4个，建有智能制造现代产业学院和中兴通讯NC学院2个辽宁省职业教育兴辽产业学院。

Located in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province, the college has three campuses: Beiling, Puhe and Yulin. It offers 31 regular higher vocational education programs, focusing on five key vocational professional groups led by intelligent manufacturing technology, new energy vehicle technology, industrial robot technology, modern mobile communication technology and modern logistics management. It has been approved 4 national key majors including numerical control technology, mechatronics technology, electrical automation technology, and automobile inspection and maintenance technology, and has built 2 Liaoning Provincial Vocational Education Xingliao Industry Colleges, namely the Intelligent Manufacturing Modern Industry College and ZTE NC College.

学校拥有一支结构合理、水平较高的师资队伍，现有教职工675人，其中专任教师453人，包括全国五一劳动奖章获得者1人、全国技术能手3人、省级优秀教学团队8个、省级职业教育教学名师6人等。近五年来，学校获国家级教学成果二等奖1项、省级教学成果奖20项，获批专利121项，毕业生就业率连续五年保持在95%以上，获评辽宁省普通高校毕业生就业工作先进单位。

The college has a well-structured and high-level teaching staff, with 675 faculty members, including 453 full-time teachers. Among them, there is 1 winner of the National May 1st Labor Medal, 3 national technical experts, 8 provincial excellent teaching teams, 6 provincial vocational education teaching masters, etc. In the past five years, the college has won 1 second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, 20 provincial teaching achievement awards, and obtained 121 patents. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% for five consecutive years, and it has been awarded the Advanced Unit for Employment Work of College Graduates in Liaoning Province.
