辽宁税务高等专科学校坐落于辽宁省大连市，前身为创建于1984年3月的辽宁税务高等专科学校，2020年6月作为分校区正式并入国家税务总局税务干部学院（中共国家税务总局党校），成为全国税务系统重要的干部教育培训基地之一。学校自1987年起开展普通高等教育，累计培养财税及经济类人才近万人，2006年转型后专注税务干部教育培训，2011年被命名为全国税务系统廉政教育基地，2015年成为中国注册税务师大连培训基地。

Liaoning Taxation College is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Formerly established in March 1984 as Liaoning Taxation College, it was officially incorporated into the Tax Cadre College of the State Taxation Administration (Party School of the State Taxation Administration) as a branch campus in June 2020, becoming one of the key education and training bases for tax cadres nationwide. The college has trained nearly 10,000 finance, taxation, and economics professionals since launching regular higher education in 1987. After transforming to focus on tax cadre training in 2006, it was named a National Tax System Integrity Education Base in 2011 and designated as the Dalian Training Base for Chinese Certified Tax Agents in 2015.

校区占地12万平方米，建筑面积6万平方米，配备教学楼、图书馆、多功能馆等完善设施，可同时容纳800余人培训。现有教职工156人，其中专职教师51人（教授5人、副教授30人），多数具备博士或硕士学位，常年聘请系统内外专家学者担任兼职教师，形成高学历、专业化的师资队伍。近年来出版专著教材58部，发表论文700余篇，完成科研课题153项，构建了以税务稽查、企业所得税、税收风险管控等为特色的精品培训项目体系。

Covering 120,000 square meters with 60,000 square meters of floor space, the campus features complete facilities including teaching buildings, a library, and multi-functional halls, accommodating over 800 trainees simultaneously. The faculty comprises 156 staff members, including 51 full-time teachers (5 professors and 30 associate professors), most holding doctoral or master's degrees. Complemented by external experts and scholars as part-time teachers, it has formed a highly educated and professional teaching team. In recent years, the college has published 58 monographs and textbooks, over 700 academic papers, and completed 153 research projects, developing a premium training program system specializing in tax稽查, corporate income tax, and tax risk management.

作为国家税务总局税务干部学院的重要组成部分，校区坚持“党校姓党”原则，以“为党育才、为党献策”为初心，面向税务干部和纳税人构建“双轮驱动”培训模式，采用研讨式、案例式、情景模拟等多元化教学方法，打造线上线下融合的培训格局，为税收现代化服务中国式现代化贡献专业力量。

As an integral part of the Tax Cadre College of the State Taxation Administration, the campus adheres to the principle of "Party schools serving the Party" and upholds the mission of "cultivating talents and providing strategies for the Party". It has established a "dual-drive" training model for both tax cadres and taxpayers, employing diversified teaching methods such as seminars, case studies, and scenario simulations. By integrating online and offline training formats, it contributes professional expertise to advancing tax modernization in service of China's modernization drive.
