辽宁经济管理干部学院（辽宁经济职业技术学院）坐落于辽宁省省会沈阳，是经辽宁省人民政府批准、教育部备案的国有公办干部培训院校和高等职业院校。学院始建于1984年，1997年试办高等职业教育，2002年正式挂牌成立辽宁经济职业技术学院，历经多次院校合并整合，形成了集干部培训、学历教育、职业技能培训于一体的办学格局。学校是辽宁省首批高职教育试点院校、辽宁省首批职业教育改革发展示范学校，2015年被教育部评为全国毕业生就业典型经验高校，2022年获评辽宁省高水平现代化职业院校立项建设单位，同时入选教育部第三批现代学徒制试点单位。

Liaoning Institute of Economic Management (Liaoning Economic Vocational and Technical College) is located in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province. It is a state-owned public cadre training institution and higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in January 1984, the college began trial higher vocational education in 1997 and officially established Liaoning Economic Vocational and Technical College in 2002. After several mergers and integrations, it has formed a school-running pattern integrating cadre training, academic education and vocational skill training. The school is one of the first batch of higher vocational education pilot institutions in Liaoning Province and the first batch of vocational education reform and development demonstration schools in Liaoning Province. In 2015, it was rated as a national typical experience university for graduate employment by the Ministry of Education. In 2022, it was awarded as a project construction unit of high-level modern vocational colleges in Liaoning Province and selected as the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units by the Ministry of Education.

学校占地面积近600亩，建筑面积13.6万平方米，固定资产总值4.2亿元，藏书51万册。设有财经学院、商贸学院、管理学院、工艺美术学院、数字信息学院、旅游与康养学院、培训与继续教育学院等7个二级学院，开设财经商贸、公共管理、工艺美术、应用工程等类别30余个专业。现有全日制在校生近万人，教职工530余人，其中专任教师近400人，"双师型"教师近300人，拥有国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队1个，省级教学团队6个，辽宁省"百千万人才工程"百层次人才、省级专业带头人、教学名师等30余人。校内建有实训室100个，校外实训基地189个，近年来获省级以上教学成果奖18项，学生职业技能大赛奖项243项，毕业生年均就业率保持在95%以上。

The college covers an area of nearly 600 mu, with a building area of 136,000 square meters, a total fixed asset value of 420 million yuan and a collection of 510,000 books. It has 7 secondary colleges including the School of Finance and Economics, School of Business, School of Management, School of Arts and Crafts, School of Digital Information, School of Tourism and Health Care, and School of Training and Continuing Education, offering more than 30 majors in finance and economics, public management, arts and crafts, applied engineering and other categories. There are nearly 10,000 full-time students and more than 530 faculty members, including nearly 400 full-time teachers and nearly 300 "double-qualified" teachers. It has 1 national vocational education teacher teaching innovation team, 6 provincial teaching teams, and more than 30 talents at the hundred-level of Liaoning "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project", provincial professional leaders and teaching masters. The college has 100 on-campus training rooms and 189 off-campus training bases. In recent years, it has won 18 teaching achievement awards at or above the provincial level and 243 awards in student vocational skills competitions, with the average annual employment rate of graduates remaining above 95%.
