江苏卫生健康职业学院是一所由江苏省人民政府举办的全日制省属公办医药卫生类普通高等学校，隶属于江苏省卫生健康委员会，为江苏省省级示范性高职院校。学校办学历史可追溯至1933年创办的国立中央助产学校及1958年创办的南京中医学院附院护士学校，历经多次整合与发展，于2017年3月正式定名。

Jiangsu Health Vocational College is a full-time public medical and health vocational college sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. Affiliated to the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, it is a provincial demonstration higher vocational college. The school's educational history can be traced back to the National Central Midwifery School founded in 1933 and the Nurses' School Affiliated to Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine founded in 1958. After multiple integrations and developments, it was officially named in March 2017.

学校坐落于古都南京，拥有汉中路、凤凰西街和浦口三个校区，设有护理学院、临床医学院、药学院等8个教学单位，开设临床医学、护理、药学、康复治疗技术等22个医药卫生类专业。其中康复治疗技术专业为全国职业院校养老服务类示范专业，护理、药学等专业为江苏省高水平高等职业教育骨干专业。

Located in the ancient capital Nanjing, the college has three campuses: Hanzhong Road, Fenghuang West Street, and Pukou. It has 8 teaching units including the School of Nursing, School of Clinical Medicine, and School of Pharmacy, offering 22 medical and health-related majors such as Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Rehabilitation Therapy Technology. Among them, Rehabilitation Therapy Technology is a national demonstration major for elderly care services in vocational colleges, and Nursing, Pharmacy and other majors are key majors of Jiangsu Provincial High-level Higher Vocational Education.

学校现有全日制在校学生11000余人，专兼职教师700余人，其中高级职称教师占比40%，双师素质教师超90%。建有4所附属医院及64个校内情景化实训室，教学科研仪器设备总值达1.6亿元，与322家企业开展校企合作，形成了“校院一体、医教融合”的办学特色，为区域医疗卫生健康事业培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

The college has over 11,000 full-time students and more than 700 full-time and part-time teachers, with 40% of them having senior professional titles and over 90% being "double-qualified" teachers. It has 4 affiliated hospitals and 64 on-campus situational training rooms, with teaching and research equipment worth 160 million yuan. The college has carried out school-enterprise cooperation with 322 enterprises, forming a school-running characteristic of "integration of school and hospital, integration of medical education", and has cultivated a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional medical and health undertakings.
