江苏旅游职业学院是一所省属全日制公办普通高等专科学校，是特色鲜明的旅游类高职院校，坐落于中国历史文化名城扬州。学校创办于1959年，前身为扬州市饮食公司烹饪学校，历经多次更名，2017年升格为现名。现有九龙湖、扬子津、瘦西湖三个校区，总面积1226亩，九龙湖校区为主校区，按5A景区标准建设，集萃扬州园林精华，环境优美。

Jiangsu Vocational College of Tourism is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college with distinct characteristics in tourism, located in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in China. Founded in 1959, its predecessor was Yangzhou Catering Company Cooking School. After several name changes, it was upgraded to its current name in 2017. It has three campuses: Jiulonghu, Yangzijin and Slender West Lake, with a total area of 1226 mu. The Jiulonghu Campus is the main campus, built according to the 5A scenic spot standard, integrating the essence of Yangzhou gardens and having a beautiful environment.

学校现有专兼职教师700余人，在校学生13000余人，设有烹饪科技学院、旅游管理学院等9个二级院（部），开设烹饪工艺与营养、旅游管理等33个三年制高职专业及5个3+2高职与本科分段培养项目，拥有省级高水平专业群3个。实验实训条件优越，建有10个行业产教融合共同体、8个现代产业学院，荣获2024年世界职业院校技能大赛金奖。

The college has more than 700 full-time and part-time teachers and over 13,000 students. It has 9 secondary colleges (departments) including the College of Culinary Science and Technology and the College of Tourism Management. It offers 33 three-year higher vocational majors such as Cooking Technology and Nutrition, Tourism Management, and 5 3+2 higher vocational and undergraduate segmented training programs, with 3 provincial high-level professional groups. It has superior experimental and practical training conditions, with 10 industry-school-enterprise integration communities and 8 modern industrial colleges, and won the gold medal in the 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition.
