江苏联合职业技术学院是经省政府批准、教育部备案，于2003年6月正式成立的专科层次普通高等学校，江苏省教育厅直属事业单位。招收初中毕业生，实施五年一贯制高等职业教育，实行“小学院、大学校”的办学模式，以“立德崇能”为校训。现有53所分院、51个办学点，共104个办学单位，设置18个专业大类、216个专业、1099个专业点，在校生26万左右，年均毕业生4万左右。

Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College is a public higher vocational college at the junior college level, approved by the provincial government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It was officially established in June 2003 and is an institution directly under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. The college enrolls junior high school graduates and implements a five-year consistent higher vocational education system. It adopts a "small college, large university" school-running model with the school motto of "Establishing Morality and Advocating Ability". Currently, it has 53 branches, 51 teaching sites, totaling 104 teaching units, offering 18 professional categories, 216 majors, and 1,099 professional points, with approximately 260,000 students and an average of 40,000 graduates per year.

学院现有专任教师接近1.9万人，其中正高级职称教师331人、副高级职称教师7602人，硕士及以上学位教师9239人。经过20年的探索与实践，构建了五年贯通一体化人才培养体系，形成了“宜早宜长宜贯通”的人才培养模式，确立并发展了“一体化设计、一体化实施、一体化评价”的育人理念。学院五年贯通“一体化”人才培养体系构建的江苏实践获2022年度职业教育国家级教学成果特等奖。

The college has nearly 19,000 full-time teachers, including 331 with senior professional titles, 7,602 with associate senior professional titles, and 9,239 with master's degrees or above. After 20 years of exploration and practice, it has built a five-year integrated talent training system, formed a talent training model of "suitable for early, long-term, and贯通" (Yizao Yichang Yiguantong), and established and developed the educational philosophy of "integrated design, integrated implementation, and integrated evaluation". The Jiangsu practice of building the college's five-year integrated talent training system won the special prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in Vocational Education in 2022.
