江苏海事职业技术学院是一所经江苏省人民政府批准建立的全日制普通高等职业院校，坐落于江苏省南京市，是全国首批定向培养士官试点院校、全国交通职业教育示范院校、江苏省示范性高职院校。学校以航海技术、轮机工程技术、船舶工程技术等海事类专业为特色，形成了涵盖航海、船舶、港航、物流、信息技术等多领域的专业体系，致力于培养高素质技术技能型海事人才。

Jiangsu Maritime Institute is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province. Located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, it is one of the first pilot colleges for定向 training of non-commissioned officers in China, a national demonstration college for transportation vocational education, and a model higher vocational college in Jiangsu Province. With maritime-related majors such as Navigation Technology, Marine Engineering Technology, and Ship Engineering Technology as its characteristics, the college has formed a professional system covering navigation, shipbuilding, port and shipping, logistics, information technology and other fields, dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled maritime talents.
