江苏安全技术职业学院是经江苏省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，隶属于江苏省应急管理厅，坐落于国家历史文化名城徐州市，是华东地区唯一以安全类专业为特色的职业院校。学校始建于1978年，前身为徐州煤矿技工学校，历经多次更名与升格，2016年正式定名为江苏安全技术职业学院，现有贾汪、云龙两个校区，占地面积538亩，全日制在校学生11000余人。

Jiangsu College of Safety Technology is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Affiliated to the Jiangsu Provincial Emergency Management Department, it is located in Xuzhou, a national historical and cultural city, and is the only vocational college in East China featuring safety-related majors. Founded in 1978 as Xuzhou Coal Mine Technical School, the college has undergone multiple name changes and upgrades. It was officially named Jiangsu College of Safety Technology in 2016 and now has two campuses (Jiawang and Yunlong) covering an area of 538 mu, with over 11,000 full-time students.

学校以“厚德、强技、砺志、笃行”为校训，构建了以安全类专业为核心，涵盖机电、信息、汽车、商贸等领域的“五大一特”专业群，开设安全技术与管理、应急救援技术、建筑消防技术等40余个专业，其中国家级重点专业2个、省级品牌特色专业5个。现有教职工535人，高级职称107人，博士硕士278人，全国技术能手3人，建有26个实训基地、149个实训室及112个校外实习基地，教学仪器设备总值超6000万元，是全国应急安全职业教育联盟副理事长单位。

With the motto "Virtue, Skills, Aspiration, and Practice", the college has built a "Five Main Categories plus One特色"专业集群 centered on safety-related majors, covering machinery, electronics, information technology, automotive, and commerce. It offers over 40 majors including Safety Technology and Management, Emergency Rescue Technology, and Building Fire Protection Technology, with 2 national key majors and 5 provincial brand characteristic majors. The college has 535 faculty members, including 107 with senior titles and 278 with doctoral or master's degrees, as well as 3 national technical experts. It has 26 training bases, 149 laboratories, and 112 off-campus internship bases, with teaching equipment worth over 60 million yuan. It serves as the vice-chairman unit of the National Emergency Safety Vocational Education Alliance.
