杭州科技职业技术学院是杭州市人民政府主办的一所普通高等职业院校,前身为始建于1978年的杭州成人科技大学和杭州广播电视大学,2009年2月经浙江省人民政府批准正式建院。学校现有高桥、翠苑、延安路、严州四个校区,以普通高职教育为主,兼顾成人教育,形成“一体两翼”的办学特色,是浙西山区园丁摇篮。
Hangzhou Polytechnic is a public higher vocational college sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government. Its predecessors are Hangzhou Adult University of Science and Technology and Hangzhou Radio and Television University, both founded in 1978. Approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government in February 2009, the college has four campuses: Gaoqiao, Cuiyuan, Yan'an Road, and Yanzhou. It focuses on general higher vocational education while also offering adult education, forming a school-running characteristic of "one body and two wings" and serving as a cradle for gardeners in the mountainous areas of western Zhejiang.

Based in Hangzhou, facing Zhejiang, and radiating the Yangtze River Delta, the college actively adapts to the development needs of high-tech industries and modern service industries.
