黄山职业技术学院是2010年3月经安徽省人民政府批准、教育部备案正式设立的全日制公办高等职业院校，也是黄山市唯一一所公办高等职业院校。2012年4月、2013年11月、2016年8月，黄山卫生学校、黄山茶业学校和黄山市中华职业学校相继整建制并入。学院是安徽省地方技能型高水平大学立项建设单位，安徽省“双高计划”专业群建设单位，拥有中国非遗传承人群研培计划参与高校、省非遗教育传习基地等多项资质，先后荣获全国无偿献血促进奖（特别奖）、安徽省文明校园等荣誉称号。

Huangshan Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college officially established in March 2010 with the approval of the People's Government of Anhui Province and the record of the Ministry of Education. It is also the only public higher vocational college in Huangshan City. In April 2012, November 2013 and August 2016, Huangshan Health School, Huangshan Tea School and Huangshan Zhonghua Vocational School were incorporated into the college as a whole. The college is a project construction unit of Anhui Provincial Local Skilled High-level University and a professional group construction unit of Anhui Province's "Double High Plan". It has many qualifications such as participating in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance人群 Training Program and Anhui Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Education and Inheritance Base, and has successively won the National Blood Donation Promotion Award (Special Award), Anhui Provincial Civilized Campus and other honorary titles.

学院设有马克思主义学院（基础部）、国际护理学院等6个教学院系及2个教辅机构，2023年成立黄山民宿产业学院。校园占地面积430亩，总建筑面积21.57万平方米，拥有校内实训室138个、校外实验实训基地143个，开设护理、大数据技术、旅游管理等10大类24个专业，重点打造旅游管理、医护康养、非遗传承、数字经济四大专业群，直属及非直属附属医院共3家。

The college has 6 teaching departments including the School of Marxism (Basic Department) and the International School of Nursing, as well as 2 teaching auxiliary institutions. In 2023, the Huangshan Homestay Industry College was established. The campus covers an area of 430 mu, with a total construction area of 215,700 square meters. It has 138 on-campus training rooms and 143 off-campus experimental training bases. It offers 24 majors in 10 categories including nursing, big data technology, and tourism management, focusing on building four major professional groups: tourism management, medical care and health care, intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and digital economy. There are 3 directly affiliated and non-directly affiliated affiliated hospitals in total.

学院秉承“立德树人、崇技强能”的校训，近三年获省部级以上职业技能大赛奖项29项，2019年学生郑权斩获第45届世界技能大赛建筑石雕项目金牌，实现安徽省世赛金牌零的突破；2023年学生何淑雯荣获全国职业院校技能大赛高职组临床技能赛项一等奖。学院将持续加强内涵建设，为建设大黄山世界级休闲度假旅游目的地提供高素质技能人才支撑。

Adhering to the school motto of "Establishing Morality and Cultivating People, Advocating Skills and Strengthening Abilities", the college has won 29 provincial and ministerial-level vocational skills competition awards in the past three years. In 2019, student Zheng Quan won the gold medal in the architectural stone carving project of the 45th World Skills Competition, achieving the zero breakthrough of Anhui Province's World Skills Competition gold medal; in 2023, student He Shuwen won the first prize in the clinical skills competition of the higher vocational group of the National Vocational College Skills Competition. The college will continue to strengthen connotation construction to provide high-quality skilled talent support for building a world-class leisure and vacation tourist destination in Greater Huangshan.
