哈尔滨科学技术职业学院是哈尔滨市属公办高等职业院校，始建于1919年春，坐落于金源肇兴地哈尔滨市阿城区，享有“千年文脉·百年学府”美誉。学校现已发展成为黑龙江省高水平高职学校建设单位，入选省文明校园标兵、省高校毕业生就业服务工作先进院校，以及首批国家语言文字规范化示范校、第二批国家示范性职业教育集团（联盟）培育单位等。

Harbin Vocational College of Science and Technology is a public higher vocational college affiliated to Harbin City. Founded in the spring of 1919, it is located in Acheng District, Harbin City, the birthplace of the Jin Yuan Dynasty, and enjoys the reputation of "Millennium Cultural Heritage · Century-old Institution". The college has now developed into a construction unit of high-level vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, and has been selected as an advanced college for employment services of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province, the first batch of national demonstration schools for standardization of Chinese language and characters, and the second batch of national demonstration vocational education group (alliance) cultivation units.

学校设有现代服务学院、工程技术学院、财经学院、体育学院、师范与艺术学院5个二级学院，共37个招生专业，涵盖多个热门领域。专业建设成果显著，建有智慧交通技术与运营管理、冰雪运动与教育两个省级高水平专业群，体育教育、心理咨询两个中央财政支持重点建设专业，以及城市轨道交通运营管理一个国家级骨干专业。师资力量雄厚，专任教师近400人，高级职称教师占比近40%，硕士及以上学位教师占比近50%，“双师型”专业教师占比80%以上。

The college has 5 secondary colleges, including the School of Modern Services, School of Engineering Technology, School of Finance and Economics, School of Physical Education, and School of Normal Education and Art, with 37 enrollment majors covering multiple popular fields. The major construction has achieved remarkable results, with two provincial high-level professional groups of Intelligent Transportation Technology and Operation Management, Ice and Snow Sports and Education, two key construction majors supported by the central finance of Physical Education and Psychological Counseling, and one national backbone major of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management. The college has a strong faculty, with nearly 400 full-time teachers, nearly 40% of whom have senior professional titles, nearly 50% have master's degrees or above, and more than 80% of "double-qualified" professional teachers.
