淮南职业技术学院是经安徽省人民政府批准成立的全日制高等职业技术学院，坐落于安徽省淮南市，由淮河能源集团举办，始建于1951年。学校是国家级高技能人才培训基地、教育部现代学徒制试点院校、安徽省首批示范高职建设院校及地方技能型高水平大学建设单位。现有洞山、春申湖、九龙岗三个校区，占地约1200亩，建筑面积50万平方米，全日制本专科生和技工技师学生23000余人。

Huainan Vocational Technical College is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government. Located in Huainan City, Anhui Province, it was founded in 1951 and sponsored by Huaihe Energy Group. The college is a national high-skilled talent training base, a pilot college for the modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education, one of the first batch of provincial demonstration vocational colleges in Anhui Province, and a construction unit for local high-level skilled universities. It has three campuses (Dongshan, Chunshenhu, and Jiulonggang), covering an area of approximately 1200 mu with a building area of 500,000 square meters, and has more than 23,000 full-time undergraduate, junior college, technical, and technician students.

学校设有能源工程学院、机电工程学院等10个教学单位，构建了安全技术与管理、机电一体化技术等六大专业群，开设42个专科专业，其中国家级高水平专业5个。现有教职工700余人，副高级及以上职称200余人，聘请200多名行业企业专家作为兼职教师。建有160余间校内实训室及200多个校外实习基地，2022年社会培训量达6万人次，多年就业率保持在95%以上，是安徽省高校毕业生就业先进集体。

The college has 10 teaching units including the School of Energy Engineering and the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. It has established six major groups such as Safety Technology and Management, and Mechanical and Electrical Integration Technology, offering 42 junior college programs, including 5 national-level high-level majors. There are more than 700 faculty members, over 200 with associate senior titles or above, and more than 200 industry experts employed as part-time teachers. The college has over 160 on-campus training rooms and more than 200 off-campus internship bases. In 2022, the number of social training reached 60,000 person-times, and the employment rate has remained above 95% for many years, making it an advanced collective for college graduate employment in Anhui Province.
