黑龙江建筑职业技术学院（简称龙建院）始建于1948年，原名为哈尔滨技术专门学校，是中国共产党在东北地区创办最早的一所建筑类职业技术学校。经过发展与整合，1998年成为全国首批和黑龙江省第一所独立建制的高等职业院校。学院办学历史悠久，底蕴深厚，特色鲜明，先后成为首批28所国家示范性高等职业院校、教育部优质专科高等职业院校、中国特色高水平高职学校A档专业群建设单位。

Heilongjiang Institute of Construction Technology (referred to as Longjian Institute) was founded in 1948, originally named Harbin Technical School, which is the earliest architectural vocational and technical school founded by the Communist Party of China in Northeast China. After development and integration, it became one of the first batch of independent higher vocational colleges in China and the first one in Heilongjiang Province in 1998. With a long history, profound heritage and distinctive characteristics, the college has successively become one of the first 28 national model higher vocational colleges, a high-quality junior college of the Ministry of Education, and a construction unit of Class A professional groups of high-level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics.

学院现占地面积85.85万㎡，校园环境优美，建筑风格各具特色，建有炎培广场、行知广场、桥梁文化园、翔鹅湖等育人景观。设有8系1院3部4中心，重点打造覆盖建筑全产业链的383专业集群布局，构建智能建造、智慧城市等8个专业集群，获批省级高水平专业群3个。校内实验实训基地11个，校外实习实训就业基地348个，智慧建造虚拟仿真实训教学中心入选教育部职业教育示范性虚拟仿真实训基地培育项目。

The college currently covers an area of 858,500 square meters with a beautiful campus and distinctive architectural styles. It has educational landscapes such as Yanpei Square, Xingzhi Square, Bridge Culture Park, and Xiang'e Lake. It has 8 departments, 1 college, 3 departments and 4 centers, focusing on building a 383 professional cluster layout covering the entire construction industry chain, constructing 8 professional clusters such as intelligent construction and smart cities, and has been approved 3 provincial high-level professional clusters. There are 11 on-campus experimental training bases and 348 off-campus internship and employment bases. The intelligent construction virtual simulation training teaching center was selected into the Ministry of Education's vocational education demonstration virtual simulation training base cultivation project.

学院坚持人才强校战略，现有专业技术人员587人，其中国家级名师2人，国家教师教学创新团队2个，双师素质比例达86%。深化产教融合，与龙头企业联合打造7个产业学院，牵头成立2个全国产教融合共同体，入选工信部产教融合专业合作建设试点单位。践行“德能兼融 行知合一”的校训精神，累计为社会输送14万多名栋梁之才，向着创建职业教育本科学校的目标奋勇前进。

Adhering to the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, the college has 587 professional and technical personnel, including 2 national-level famous teachers, 2 national teacher teaching innovation teams, and the proportion of double-qualified teachers reaches 86%. Deepening the integration of industry and education, it has jointly built 7 industrial colleges with leading enterprises, took the lead in establishing 2 national industry-education integration communities, and was selected as a pilot unit for industry-education integration professional cooperation construction by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Practicing the school motto of "Integration of Morality and Ability, Unity of Knowledge and Practice", it has cultivated more than 140,000 pillars for the society and is striving towards the goal of establishing an undergraduate school of vocational education.
