黑龙江商业职业学院始建于1958年，历经黑龙江省蚕业学校、牡丹江商业学校等历史沿革，于2003年3月升格为公办全日制普通专科院校，坐落于黑龙江省牡丹江市，是教育部1+X证书制度试点院校、黑龙江省商务管理应用人才培养基地及省级高技能人才培训基地。学校以培养高素质高技能型职业人才为核心，兼具中职教育与社会培训功能，现有牡丹江、大庆两个校区，其中大庆校区总占地面积55万平方米，分两期建设，一期建筑面积达12.79万平方米。

Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce was founded in 1958, with historical evolution including Heilongjiang Sericulture School and Mudanjiang Commercial School. It was upgraded to a public full-time ordinary college in March 2003, located in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. As a pilot institution for the Ministry of Education's 1+X certificate system, it serves as Heilongjiang's business management talent training base and provincial high-skilled talent training base. Focused on cultivating high-quality technical talents, the college also offers secondary vocational education and social training programs, with two campuses in Mudanjiang and Daqing. The Daqing campus covers a total area of 550,000 square meters (phase I construction completed with 127,900 square meters of floor space).

学校专业设置涵盖财经商贸、信息技术、现代服务等领域，开设大数据与会计、电子商务、现代物流管理、智能网联汽车技术等特色专业，形成传统商科与新兴服务业协同发展的专业体系。现有教职工214人，其中教授14人、副教授35人，"双师型"教师占比达57%；全日制在校生5048人，近三年学生获国家级职业技能竞赛奖项27项、省级95项，毕业生就业率连续保持在91%以上，用人单位满意度稳居全省同类院校前列。

The college offers programs in finance & commerce, information technology, and modern services, featuring specialties like Big Data & Accounting, E-Commerce, Modern Logistics Management, and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology, forming a coordinated development system integrating traditional business and emerging service sectors. With 214 faculty members (including 14 professors and 35 associate professors), 57% of whom are "dual-qualified" teachers, the college enrolls 5,048 full-time students. In recent three years, students have won 27 national and 95 provincial vocational skills competition awards, maintaining over 91% employment rate with employer satisfaction ranking among top provincial vocational colleges.
