黑龙江三江美术职业学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案、隶属于黑龙江省教育厅领导的国家普通高等学校，创办于1980年，是黑龙江省唯一纳入国家招生计划的高等美术学院，在全国美术类高职学院中排名前三位。学院以美术教育为特色，涵盖基础教育、幼儿教育、环境艺术工程、数字传媒、影视动画、IT信息等多个领域，同时开展国际专本硕合作办学，培养应用型美术人才。

Heilongjiang Sanjiang Vocational College of Fine Arts is a national ordinary higher education institution approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and under the leadership of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1980, it is the only higher art college in Heilongjiang Province included in the national enrollment plan and ranks among the top three in national art vocational colleges. With fine arts education as its特色, the college covers multiple fields such as basic education, early childhood education, environmental art engineering, digital media, film and television animation, and IT information, while carrying out international cooperation in running schools for specialist, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs to cultivate applied art talents.

学院总校位于黑龙江省佳木斯市郊区大来镇，在北京、哈尔滨设有教学实习基地，占地面积600亩。现有专业教师192人，双师型教师占比87%，开设艺术设计、美术教育、影视动画等16个优势专业，构建了5个特色专业群。建校45年来，培养各类美术设计人才3万余名，就业率与升本率保持在97%以上，荣获“全国美育先进集体”等称号，国际化办学特色鲜明，与俄罗斯、韩国等多国高校建立合作关系。

The college's main campus is located in Dailai Town,郊区 of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, with teaching and internship bases in Beijing and Harbin, covering an area of 600 mu. It currently has 192 professional teachers, with 87% being double-qualified teachers, offering 16 advantageous majors such as art design, fine arts education, and film and television animation, and has built 5 characteristic professional groups. Over the 45 years since its establishment, it has cultivated more than 30,000 various art and design talents, with an employment rate and undergraduate promotion rate maintained above 97%. It has won titles such as "National Advanced Collective in Aesthetic Education" and has distinct international school-running characteristics, establishing cooperative relations with universities in Russia, South Korea and other countries.
