黑龙江能源职业学院是黑龙江省全日制普通高等专科职业院校，坐落在风光秀美的国家级森林城市双鸭山市。学院面向全国18个省份招生，校区占地面积27.3万平方米，建筑面积13.25万平方米。

Heilongjiang Energy Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college in Heilongjiang Province, located in the beautiful national forest city of Shuangyashan. The college enrolls students from 18 provinces across the country, covering an area of 273,000 square meters with a building area of 132,500 square meters.

学院是全国防爆电器职业教育集团理事长单位、中国职业教育国际合作联盟成员单位、中国煤炭职业教育协会常务理事单位、黑龙江省高技能人才培养基地，一带一路暨金砖国家技能发展国际联盟大数据和人工智能专业委员会副主任委员单位。智慧矿山专业群入选全省第二轮高水平专业群建设项目，智慧矿山虚拟仿真实训基地被省教育厅认定为全省首批职业教育示范性虚拟仿真实训基地培育项目。

The college is the chairman unit of the National Explosion-proof Electrical Appliance Vocational Education Group, a member unit of the China Vocational Education International Cooperation Alliance, an executive director unit of the China Coal Vocational Education Association, a high-skilled talent training base in Heilongjiang Province, and the vice chairman unit of the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Belt and Road Initiative and BRICS Countries Skills Development International Alliance. The Smart Mine professional group was selected into the second round of high-level professional group construction projects in the province, and the Smart Mine Virtual Simulation Training Base was recognized by the Provincial Department of Education as the first batch of vocational education demonstration virtual simulation training base cultivation projects in the province.
