黑龙江旅游职业技术学院是经省政府批准、国家教育部备案、省内唯一一所公办经贸旅游类高职院校，隶属于黑龙江省商务厅，公益二类事业单位。主要承担专科层次高等职业技术教育、中等职业教育和成人高等学历教育工作；承担外派劳务人员考试及相关社会服务工作；承担全省旅游、商贸行业从业人员教育培训、职业技能鉴定、职业资格和等级考试等相关组织和服务工作。学校是黑龙江省双高职业院校，是国家旅游职业教育校企合作示范基地、国家商务部援外官员培训基地、商务部服务外包人才培养基地、黑龙江省高技能人才培养基地等。

Heilongjiang Vocational College of Tourism is a public higher vocational college specializing in economy, trade and tourism in Heilongjiang Province, approved by the provincial government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Affiliated to Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, it is a public welfare second-class institution. It mainly undertakes higher vocational and technical education at the junior college level, secondary vocational education, and adult higher education. It also conducts examinations for overseas labor service personnel and related social services, as well as education and training, vocational skill appraisal, professional qualification and grade examinations for employees in the tourism and trade industries in the province. The college is a double-high vocational college in Heilongjiang Province, and a national demonstration base for school-enterprise cooperation in tourism vocational education, a training base for foreign aid officials of the Ministry of Commerce, a talent training base for service outsourcing of the Ministry of Commerce, and a high-skilled talent training base in Heilongjiang Province, etc.

学校现有旅游产业发展学院、酒店管理学院等13个二级学院（部），开设34个招生专业，其中旅游管理和数字商务两个专业群是省级高水平专业群，旅游管理专业和酒店管理与数字化运营专业是中央财政支持高等职业院校建设专业和省级高水平专业。学校与哈尔滨商业大学开通的旅游管理专业是全省唯一旅游类高本贯通试点专业。学校积极推进国际化合作，先后与韩国、日本、俄罗斯等多个国家和地区建立师生文化交流与研修合作关系，承办了20期国家商务部援外官员培训研修班，60多个国家共600余名政府官员和大学教师来华学习。

The college has 13 secondary colleges (departments) including the School of Tourism Industry Development and the School of Hotel Management, offering 34 enrollment majors. Among them, the tourism management and digital business professional groups are provincial high-level professional groups, and the tourism management major and hotel management and digital operation major are supported by the central finance for the construction of higher vocational colleges and provincial high-level majors. The tourism management major jointly offered with Harbin University of Commerce is the only pilot major for high-level undergraduate integration in tourism in the province. The college actively promotes international cooperation, has established cultural exchanges and training cooperation with teachers and students from South Korea, Japan, Russia and other countries and regions, and has hosted 20 training courses for foreign aid officials of the Ministry of Commerce, with more than 600 government officials and university teachers from over 60 countries coming to China for study.
