贵州电子商务职业技术学院是经贵州省人民政府批准、教育部备案的省属公办高等职业院校，隶属贵州省商务厅。学校前身可追溯至1947年创办的贵阳市尚信高级会计学校，历经贵州省贸易学校、贵州省商业学校等发展阶段，2016年3月与贵州省物资学校合并升建为高职院校，2024年7月获批立项省级高水平高职学校。

Guizhou Vocational College of E-Commerce is a public higher vocational college approved by the Guizhou Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, affiliated to the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce. Its predecessor can be traced back to Guiyang Shangxin Senior Accounting School founded in 1947, which went through stages such as Guizhou Trade School and Guizhou Commercial School. In March 2016, it merged with Guizhou Materials School to be upgraded to a higher vocational college, and in July 2024, it was approved as a provincial high-level vocational school project.

办学78年来，学校秉承“尚信笃行 德高技精”的校训，坚持“立足贵州、根植商贸、AI赋能、跨界融合、特色发展、行业领先”的办学定位，累计培养10万余名商贸和现代服务业人才。现有清镇、湘雅、二戈寨3个校区，总占地面积471.15亩，全日制在校生13099人，教职工500余人，其中专任教师309人，双师型教师占比59.9%。开设电子商务、大数据与会计等25个专业，建有各类实训基地167个，拥有贵州电子商务发展研究中心、省级“双创”基地等多个教学科研平台。

Over 78 years of running the school, it adheres to the school motto of "Integrity,笃行, Virtue and Skills" and the school-running orientation of "Based in Guizhou, Rooted in Commerce, AI-empowered, Cross-border Integration, Characteristic Development, and Industry Leadership". It has cultivated more than 100,000 talents in commerce and modern service industry. Currently, it has 3 campuses in Qingzhen, Xiangya and Ergezhai, with a total area of 471.15 mu, 13,099 full-time students, and more than 500 faculty members, including 309 full-time teachers, with 59.9% of them being double-qualified teachers. It offers 25 majors such as E-Commerce and Big Data and Accounting, has 167 various training bases, and owns multiple teaching and research platforms including Guizhou E-Commerce Development Research Center and provincial "Double Innovation" base.
