常州纺织服装职业技术学院是一所融理工文艺多学科的省属公办全日制普通高等学校，始建于1958年，地处经济发达、现代化企业密集的长三角地区，位于国家高职教育改革发展综合实验区常州科教城内。学校以“进德、立业、敏学、笃行”为校训，形成了“技术教育与艺术教育融合”的办学特色，先后获得全国纺织行业技能人才培育突出贡献奖先进集体、全国高职院校创新创业教育工作先进单位、江苏省高校毕业生就业工作量化督导A等高校等荣誉称号。

Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution under the provincial government, integrating multiple disciplines including science, engineering, liberal arts, and art. Founded in 1958, it is located in the economically developed Yangtze River Delta region with dense modern enterprises, within the Changzhou Science and Education City, a national comprehensive experimental zone for higher vocational education reform and development. With the school motto of "Promoting Virtue, Establishing Career, Studying Diligently, Practicing Earnestly", the school has formed the educational characteristic of "integration of technical education and art education", and has successively won honors such as Advanced Collective for Outstanding Contribution to Skill Talents Cultivation in National Textile Industry, Advanced Unit for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in National Higher Vocational Colleges, and Grade A University in Quantitative Supervision of Graduate Employment Work in Jiangsu Province.

学校现设创意学院、服装学院、纺织学院等多个教科研单位，开设纺织服装、数字创意、智能制造等领域相关专业，构建了“校·所·企”协同育人机制，与2300余家高科技企业开展合作，毕业生就业率连续保持在98%以上。建校以来培养了近6万名技术技能型人才，涌现出全国劳动模范、中国十佳服装设计师、省级非物质文化遗产传承人等优秀校友，为区域经济社会发展和纺织服装产业升级提供了有力的人才支撑。

The school currently has multiple teaching and research units such as the School of Creativity, School of Fashion, and School of Textiles, offering majors in fields like textile and garment, digital creativity, and intelligent manufacturing. It has established a "school-institute-enterprise" collaborative education mechanism and cooperates with over 2,300 high-tech enterprises, with the employment rate of graduates remaining above 98% for consecutive years. Since its establishment, it has cultivated nearly 60,000 technical and skilled talents, and outstanding alumni have emerged, including national labor models, China's top ten fashion designers, and provincial intangible cultural heritage inheritors, providing strong talent support for regional economic and social development and the upgrading of the textile and garment industry.
