安阳职业技术学院是2009年成立的一所全日制公办普通高等职业院校。学校加挂“安阳广播电视大学”和“安阳市公共实训中心”牌子，下辖安阳市中等职业技术学校和安阳市高级技工学校，是一所集高等职业教育、中等职业教育、成人教育、职业培训等多种办学功能为一体的综合院校。

Anyang Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college established in 2009. The college also operates under the names "Anyang Radio and Television University" and "Anyang Public Training Center", and governs Anyang Secondary Vocational and Technical School and Anyang Senior Technical School. It is a comprehensive institution integrating higher vocational education, secondary vocational education, adult education, and vocational training.

学校占地1100余亩，建筑面积44.3万㎡，现有教职工865人，其中高级职称179人，市级以上学术技术带头人27人。各类在校生规模达2.7万人，设置17个院（系、部），重点开设航空类、机电类、汽车类、信息工程类、建筑类、中医药类、经管类、艺术类等58个专业。

The college covers an area of over 1,100 mu (about 73.3 hectares) with a building area of 443,000 square meters. It has 865 faculty members, including 179 with senior professional titles and 27 academic and technical leaders at or above the municipal level. The total number of students is 27,000, distributed across 17 schools (departments), offering 58 majors focusing on aviation, mechanical and electrical engineering, automotive technology, information engineering, architecture, traditional Chinese medicine, economics and management, and arts.

学校以飞机机电设备维修、中医、新能源汽车和智能制造专业群为龙头，获批“1+X”证书试点24个，建成校内实践基地206个、校外实习实训基地183个，与华为、中兴等20余家企业深度合作，成立产业学院，毕业生年底就业去向落实率保持在97%以上，是河南省高等职业教育特色院校、首批“双高工程”建设院校。

With key specialty groups in aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, traditional Chinese medicine, new energy vehicles, and intelligent manufacturing, the college has been approved for 24 "1+X" certificate pilot programs. It has built 206 on-campus practice bases and 183 off-campus internship and training bases, and established in-depth cooperation with over 20 enterprises including Huawei and ZTE to set up industrial colleges. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 97% by the end of each year. It is a distinctive higher vocational education institution in Henan Province and one of the first batch of "Double High-Level" construction colleges.
