安庆医药高等专科学校坐落在安徽省安庆市，是安徽省西南部唯一的医学高等教育学府，办学历史可追溯至1943年成立的安徽省立立煌高级助产护士职业学校。2007年3月，经国家教育部和安徽省人民政府批准，由安庆卫生学校独立升格为专科学校，现为安徽省地方技能型高水平大学建设单位、省内首批“专升本”培养单位，与安徽医科大学联合开设护理学、药学等4个专升本本科专业。学校秉承“仁德笃学 精业济世”的校训，累计培养了6万余名高素质医药卫生人才，是大别山革命老区3省64县（区）唯一一所公办医学高专。

Anqing Medical College is located in Anqing City, Anhui Province, and is the only medical higher education institution in southwestern Anhui. Its educational history dates back to the Anhui Provincial Lihuang Advanced Midwifery Nurse Vocational School founded in 1943. In March 2007, approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Anhui Province, it was upgraded from Anqing Health School to a college. It is now a construction unit for Anhui Provincial Local Skilled High-Level University and one of the first batch of "junior college to undergraduate" training institutions in the province, jointly offering 4 undergraduate programs such as Nursing and Pharmacy with Anhui Medical University. Adhering to the motto of "Benevolence, Diligence, Proficiency, and Benefiting the World", the college has cultivated over 60,000 high-quality medical and health talents, and is the only public medical college in the 64 counties (districts) of the Dabie Mountain revolutionary old area spanning 3 provinces.

学校设有医学院、药学院、护理学院等8个教学部门，开设临床医学、药学、护理等31个普通专科专业，其中国家级骨干专业1个（药品质量与安全），省级示范特色专业5个。拥有直属附院、非直属附院及教学医院共21所，校外实习实训基地近200家，全国首创临床试验科技学院，形成“医+药并举、中西医结合”的办学特色。校园环境优美，教学设施齐全，校本部高级职称教师95人，硕士以上学历169人，近年来获省级以上教研科研项目260余项，是全国文明单位、全国健康学校建设单位。

The college has 8 teaching departments including the School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, and School of Nursing, offering 31 general specialized programs such as Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing. Among them, there is 1 national-level key major (Drug Quality and Safety) and 5 provincial-level demonstration characteristic majors. It has 21 affiliated hospitals (directly affiliated and non-directly affiliated) and teaching hospitals, nearly 200 off-campus internship and training bases, and the nation's first Clinical Trial Science College, forming a school-running characteristic of "simultaneous development of medicine and pharmacy, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine". The campus has a beautiful environment and complete teaching facilities. The school has 95 senior professional title teachers and 169 teachers with master's degree or above. In recent years, it has obtained more than 260 provincial-level or higher teaching and research projects. It is a National Civilized Unit and a National Healthy School Construction Unit.
