安徽审计职业学院是全国唯一一所以审计命名的高等职业院校，因审计而立，依审计而兴；行政上隶属安徽省审计厅，业务上接受安徽省教育厅指导。学校始建于1984年4月，历经安徽省审计干部培训班、安徽省审计干部学校、安徽审计学校等办学阶段；2000年9月，与安徽大学联合办学招收专科班，开始专科教育；2004年6月，经安徽省人民政府批准，升格为安徽审计职业学院。

Anhui Audit Vocational College is the only higher vocational college named after audit in China. It was established and has thrived because of audit. Administratively, it is affiliated to the Anhui Provincial Audit Office and academically guided by the Anhui Provincial Department of Education. Founded in April 1984, the college has gone through several stages of development, including the Anhui Audit Cadre Training Class, the Anhui Audit Cadre School, and the Anhui Audit School. In September 2000, it started joint education with Anhui University to enroll junior college classes, initiating junior college education. In June 2004, approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province, it was upgraded to Anhui Audit Vocational College.

2020年3月，学校立项为安徽省技能型高水平大学，并先后与安徽财经大学、安徽工业大学合作办学，联合招收专升本学生；2023年8月，入选安徽省“双高计划”学校建设单位；2024年10月，审计专业群入选安徽省高校特色专业（群）。学校位于合肥经济技术开发区，总面积26.24万平方米，教学生活运动设施完备，现有各类在校学生12200余人，教职工399人，其中副高级及以上职称87名、教授14名，双师素质教师172名。设有审计学院、会计学院等6个二级学院，开设大数据与审计、大数据与会计等31个专业，形成以审计专业群为引领的专业体系，是教育部1+X证书制度试点院校、安徽省三全育人综合改革试点高校等，荣获安徽省2025届高校毕业生就业成效突出单位等称号。

In March 2020, the college was approved as a high-level skilled university in Anhui Province and has successively cooperated with Anhui University of Finance and Economics and Anhui University of Technology to enroll undergraduate students through upgrading from junior college. In August 2023, it was selected as a construction unit of Anhui Province's "Double High-Level Plan" schools. In October 2024, the audit professional group was selected into the characteristic specialties (groups) of colleges and universities in Anhui Province. Located in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, the college covers a total area of 262,400 square meters with complete teaching, living and sports facilities. It currently has more than 12,200 students and 399 faculty members, including 87 with associate senior titles or above, 14 professors, and 172 double-qualified teachers. It has 6 secondary colleges such as the School of Auditing and the School of Accounting, offering 31 majors including Big Data and Auditing, Big Data and Accounting, forming a professional system led by the audit professional group. It is a pilot college for the Ministry of Education's 1+X certificate system, a pilot university for the comprehensive reform of "three-full education" in Anhui Province, and has been awarded the title of Outstanding Unit for Employment Effectiveness of College Graduates in Anhui Province for the 2025 session.
