安徽工业职业技术学院（Anhui Industry Polytechnic）是经安徽省人民政府批准成立的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，坐落于中华民族青铜文明发祥地、中国古铜都铜陵市，前身为1979年创办的铜陵有色技工学校和1984年成立的铜陵有色职工大学，2002年两校合并为安徽工业职业技术学院，2012年设立安徽有色金属技师学院，实行“两块牌子、一套人马”管理模式。

Anhui Industry Polytechnic is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province. Located in Tongling City, the birthplace of Chinese bronze civilization and the ancient copper capital of China, the college originated from Tongling Nonferrous Metal Technical School founded in 1979 and Tongling Nonferrous Metal Staff University established in 1984. In 2002, the two schools merged to form Anhui Industry Polytechnic, and in 2012, Anhui Nonferrous Metal Technician College was established, adopting the management mode of "two brands, one team".

学院以高职教育为主体，集技师教育、成人教育、培训教育于一体，下设机电工程学院、信息工程系、资源开发系、管理工程系、基础部等5个院系部，开设矿物加工技术、机电一体化技术、计算机应用技术等29个专业，形成以国家级、省级重点建设专业为龙头，现代制造、电子信息、资源开发和财经管理四个专业群为支撑的专业格局，其中矿物加工技术专业群获批安徽省“双高计划”高水平专业群。现有专兼职教师400余人，副教授以上高级职称160余人，“双师型”教师占比超50%；各类在校生9000余人，图书馆藏书37万余册，拥有校内实验实训室100余个，是国家高技能人才培训基地、安徽省专业技术人员继续教育基地。

With higher vocational education as the main body, the college integrates technician education, adult education and training education. It has 5 departments including School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Department of Information Engineering, Department of Resource Development, Department of Management Engineering and Basic Department, offering 29 majors such as Mineral Processing Technology, Mechatronics Technology and Computer Application Technology. It has formed a professional pattern led by national and provincial key construction majors and supported by four professional groups: modern manufacturing, electronic information, resource development and financial management. Among them, the Mineral Processing Technology professional group was approved as the high-level professional group of Anhui Province's "Double High Plan". The college has more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers, over 160 with associate senior titles or above, and more than 50% of "double-qualified" teachers. There are over 9,000 students of various types, with a library collection of more than 370,000 books and more than 100 on-campus laboratories and training rooms. It is a national high-skilled talent training base and Anhui Provincial professional and technical personnel continuing education base.

学院秉承“实践、创新、竞争、和谐”的校训，深化“工学结合、校企合作”人才培养模式，与铜陵有色、科大讯飞、格力等知名企业共建实训基地，开展订单培养，重点培养有色金属、先进制造等领域高素质技术技能人才。近年来荣获国家级职业技能大赛奖项10项、省级奖项15项，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在95%以上，为区域经济社会发展提供了有力的人才支撑。

Adhering to the school motto of "Practice, Innovation, Competition, Harmony", the college deepens the talent training mode of "work-integrated learning and school-enterprise cooperation". It has built training bases with well-known enterprises such as Tongling Nonferrous Metals, iFLYTEK and Gree, carried out order-based training, and focused on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in non-ferrous metals, advanced manufacturing and other fields. In recent years, it has won 10 national vocational skills competition awards and 15 provincial awards, with the employment rate of graduates remaining above 95% for many years, providing strong talent support for regional economic and social development.
