皖北卫生职业学院是经安徽省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的全日制医药卫生类普通高等学校，前身为1949年创建的蚌埠市立工人联合医院附设护士学校，历经蚌埠护士学校、宿州卫生学校等发展阶段，2014年升格为高职院校并启用现名。学校坐落于安徽省宿州市埇桥区学府大道1606号，是皖北地区唯一公办卫生类全日制高等职业院校，2020年通过教育部人才培养工作评估，2021年获批安徽省校企合作示范校，2022年成为安徽省地方技能型高水平大学立项建设单位，2023年与安徽医科大学合作开展专升本教育，2025年获批全国急救教育试点院校。

North Anhui Health Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college specializing in medical and health sciences, approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the Nurses' School Affiliated to Bengbu Municipal Workers' United Hospital founded in 1949, which evolved through stages as Bengbu Nurses' School and Suzhou Health School before being upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2014 under its current name. Located at No. 1606 Xuefu Avenue, Yongqiao District, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, it is the only public full-time medical vocational college in northern Anhui. The college passed the Ministry of Education's talent training evaluation in 2020, was approved as an Anhui Provincial School-Enterprise Cooperation Demonstration School in 2021, became a provincial high-level skill-based university construction unit in 2022, launched joint undergraduate programs with Anhui Medical University in 2023, and was designated as a national first-aid education pilot institution in 2025.

学校占地面积740余亩，现有专任教师655人（含直属附院），省级教学团队9个，省级教学名师11人，全日制在校生12000余人。设有临床医学系、护理系等6个教学单位，开设临床医学、护理、药学等15个专业，其中护理专业群入选安徽省"双高计划"培育项目。拥有1所直属附院、1所在建口腔专科医院及175家校企合作单位，建有10个校内实训中心，教学科研仪器设备值6416.45万元，馆藏纸质图书46.13万册。近年来在国家级、省级职业技能大赛中屡获佳绩，建校至今已培养6万余名医疗卫生专业人才，为区域卫生健康事业发展提供重要人才支撑。

Covering an area of over 740 mu, the college has 655 full-time teachers (including those from its affiliated hospital), 9 provincial-level teaching teams, 11 provincial-level teaching masters, and over 12,000 full-time students. It comprises 6 teaching units including Clinical Medicine Department and Nursing Department, offering 15 programs such as Clinical Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy, with the Nursing professional group selected into Anhui's "Double-High Plan" cultivation project. The college has 1 directly affiliated hospital, 1 under-construction stomatological hospital, and 175 school-enterprise cooperation units, along with 10 on-campus training centers. Teaching and research equipment is valued at 64.1645 million yuan, with 461,300 paper books in its library. In recent years, it has achieved excellent results in national and provincial vocational skills competitions. Since its establishment, the college has trained over 60,000 medical and health professionals, providing crucial talent support for regional health事业 development.
