文莱理工大学（Universiti Teknologi Brunei，简称UTB）是文莱达鲁萨兰国的公立工程和技术类大学，成立于1986年，前身为文莱研究所，2008年获得大学地位并更名。学校专注于工程、商业、计算、应用科学与数学及设计领域的教学与研究，下设工程学院、商学院、计算机与信息学院，提供本科、硕士及博士课程，所有课程均采用英语授课。

Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) is a public engineering and technology university in Brunei Darussalam. Established in 1986 as the Brunei Institute of Technology, it was granted university status and renamed in 2008. UTB focuses on teaching and research in engineering, business, computing, applied sciences & mathematics, and design. It comprises three faculties: the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Business, and Faculty of Computing & Informatics, offering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, all taught in English.

学校以课程与行业需求的相关性为特色，注重实践教学与科研结合，研究重点包括石油与天然气、绿色技术和水科学等领域。2025年QS世界大学排名中位列第562名，亚洲大学排名第134位，泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名跻身801-1000区间，东盟排名前23位。

UTB is renowned for its industry-aligned curricula, emphasizing practical teaching and research integration. Key research areas include oil & gas, green technology, and water science. In the 2025 QS World University Rankings, it ranked 562nd globally and 134th in Asia. It also entered the 801-1000 band in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and ranked among the top 23 universities in ASEAN.

该校积极开展国际合作，与多国高校建立交换生及双学位项目，并与企业合作提供实习机会。目前已培养5500余名校友，涵盖教授、科学家、企业家等领域，是文莱理工科人才培养的核心机构之一。

The university actively engages in international collaboration, establishing student exchange and dual-degree programs with global universities, and partners with enterprises to provide internship opportunities. It has produced over 5,500 alumni working as professors, scientists, entrepreneurs, etc., serving as a core institution for STEM talent development in Brunei.
