There are two well-known Rosario Universities, namely the National University of Rosario in Argentina and the Rosario University in Colombia. In the QS World University Rankings, the National University of Rosario in Argentina ranked 951-1000th in 2025 and 1747th in the USNEWS World University Rankings 2025; Rosario University in Colombia ranked 101st globally in Law, 101st in Political Science, and 301st in Economics.
