陕西艺术职业学院是经陕西省人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制高等艺术院校，是西北地区第一所省属公办艺术类高职院校，也是全国唯一一所培养秦腔人才学历教育的高校。学校办学历史可追溯至1938年成立的陕甘宁边区民众剧团，正式建校于1952年，2013年6月升格为高职院校。学院以传承中华优秀传统文化为己任，尤其专注于秦腔等陕西地方戏曲艺术的人才培养与研究，被誉为“西北艺术人才的摇篮”。

Shaanxi Vocational College of Art is a public full-time higher art institution approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is the first provincial public art vocational college in Northwest China and the only university in China offering academic education for Qinqiang opera talent. The college's educational history dates back to the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region People's Troupe founded in 1938, with official establishment in 1952 and升格 to a vocational college in June 2013. Committed to inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture, the college specializes in talent cultivation and research of Shaanxi local opera arts such as Qinqiang, known as "the cradle of Northwest art talents".

学院设有戏曲学院、影视传媒学院、舞蹈学院、音乐学院、美术与设计学院、学前教育学院6个二级学院及2个教学单位，开设戏曲表演、音乐表演、舞蹈表演、广播影视节目制作、环境艺术设计等20个高职专业，全日制在校学生4700余名。师资队伍中拥有享受国务院特殊津贴专家、省级教学名师等高水平人才，聘请李东桥、李小雄等秦腔表演艺术家设立名师工作室，形成“校团合作、名家授课”的特色育人模式。

The college comprises 6 secondary colleges (Opera College, Film & Television Media College, Dance College, Music College, Fine Arts & Design College, Preschool Education College) and 2 teaching units, offering 20 higher vocational programs including Opera Performance, Music Performance, Dance Performance, Radio, Film & Television Program Production, and Environmental Art Design, with over 4,700 full-time students. The faculty includes high-level talents such as experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council and provincial-level teaching masters. Renowned Qinqiang performers like Li Dongqiao and Li Xiaoxiong have been invited to establish master studios, forming a distinctive education model of "college-troupe cooperation and master teaching".

作为全国高校中华优秀传统文化传承基地，学院建有陕西省秦腔艺术协同创新中心、非遗传承教育实践基地等平台，排演的《游西湖》《丝路筝途》等作品多次亮相国家级舞台。近年来获国家艺术基金项目10项，学生在全国职业技能大赛中获奖20余项，培养了苗圃、文章等知名演员及李小锋、齐爱云等秦腔表演艺术家，为陕西乃至全国文化艺术事业发展输送了大量高素质技能型人才。

As a national college heritage base for excellent traditional Chinese culture, the college has established platforms such as Shaanxi Qinqiang Art Collaborative Innovation Center and Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Education Practice Base. Its productions like "Touring the West Lake" and "Silk Road Zither Journey" have repeatedly appeared on national stages. In recent years, it has obtained 10 National Art Fund projects and won over 20 national vocational skills competition awards. The college has cultivated renowned actors such as Miao Pu and Wen Zhang, as well as Qinqiang performers like Li Xiaofeng and Qi Aiyun, providing a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the development of cultural and art undertakings in Shaanxi and across China.
