山东文化艺术职业学院新校区位于山东省德州市齐河县黄河国际生态城旅游大道10号，是专科层次的公办全日制普通高等学校，2024年经山东省人民政府批准设立，实行省文化和旅游厅与省教育厅共同管理、以省文化和旅游厅为主的管理体制。

Shandong Vocational College of Culture and Arts, located at No. 10 Tourism Avenue, Yellow River International Ecological City, Qihe County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution at the junior college level. Approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province in 2024, it is jointly managed by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Provincial Department of Education, with the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism taking the lead.

学院占地面积653亩，目前建筑面积13.6万平方米，规划全日制专科在校生规模7000人。2024年首批开设舞蹈表演、戏曲表演、戏曲音乐、视觉传达设计、数字媒体艺术设计、环境艺术设计等专业，致力于建设具有引领示范作用的省级特色高水平文化艺术高职院校。

The college covers an area of 653 mu (about 435,333 square meters) with a current construction area of 136,000 square meters. It plans to have a full-time junior college student enrollment of 7,000. In 2024, it initially offered majors such as Dance Performance, Opera Performance, Opera Music, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media Art Design, and Environmental Art Design, aiming to build a provincial-level characteristic and high-level cultural and art vocational college with a leading and exemplary role.

学院面向区域经济社会发展重点领域，聚焦黄河战略需求，坚持立德树人、德技并修，坚持产教融合、校企合作，以文化艺术传承创新为主体，加强旅游表演、艺术设计、文化创意、现代文旅、文物修复与保护等专业协调发展，打造全省领先的艺术精品创作高地、艺术人才培养高地、旅游演艺和文化创意产业创新高地。

Facing the key areas of regional economic and social development and focusing on the needs of the Yellow River Strategy, the college adheres to moral education and technical training, promotes industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. With the inheritance and innovation of culture and art as the main body, it strengthens the coordinated development of majors such as tourism performance, art design, cultural creativity, modern cultural tourism, and cultural relic restoration and protection, striving to build a leading highland for artistic excellence creation, artistic talent cultivation, tourism performance, and cultural and creative industry innovation in the province.
