泉州工艺美术职业学院是福建省唯一的公办工艺美术高职院校,2005年5月由泉州德化技术学校、德化职业中专学校、德化成人中专学校及德化矿物质分析中心合并组建,初名德化陶瓷职业技术学院,2013年3月更名为现名并获教育部备案。学校坐落于“世界陶瓷之都”泉州德化,是全国学校艺术教育工作先进单位、教育部第二批现代学徒制试点单位,2017年通过第二轮高职院校人才培养工作评估。
Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College is the only public vocational college specializing in arts and crafts in Fujian Province. Established in May 2005 through the merger of Quanzhou Dehua Technical School, Dehua Vocational Secondary School, Dehua Adult Secondary School, and Dehua Mineral Analysis Center, it was originally named Dehua Ceramic Vocational and Technical College. In March 2013, it was renamed to its current name and approved by the Ministry of Education. Located in Dehua, Quanzhou, the "World Ceramic Capital", the college is an Advanced Unit of National School Art Education and a pilot unit of the second batch of modern apprenticeship systems of the Ministry of Education. It passed the second round of talent training evaluation for higher vocational colleges in 2017.
学院占地305亩,建筑面积8.15万平方米,设有20个全日制专业,构建“工艺美术、文化创意和工艺品商贸”三大省级服务产业特色专业群。现有教授3人、高级职称教师40余人,“双师型”教师94名,外聘行业大师40余人,形成“大师+名师”工作室育人模式。近年来获国家级教学成果奖二等奖1项,学生在国家级职业技能大赛中屡获佳绩,已培养3万余名工艺美术行业技术人才。
The college covers an area of 305 mu (203,333 square meters) with a building area of 81,500 square meters. It offers 20 full-time majors and has established three provincial-level characteristic professional groups serving industries: Arts and Crafts, Cultural Creativity, and Crafts Commerce. The faculty includes 3 professors, over 40 senior title teachers, 94 "double-qualified" teachers, and more than 40 external industry masters, forming an educational model of "Master + Famous Teacher" studios. In recent years, it has won one second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and students have achieved excellent results in national vocational skills competitions. The college has cultivated over 30,000 technical talents for the arts and crafts industry.
