宁夏艺术职业学院是一所位于中国宁夏回族自治区银川市的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，其前身为1979年成立的宁夏艺术学校，2014年2月经自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案正式建院，2024年5月宁夏旅游学校并入学院。学院秉承“德艺双馨、艺文相长”的院训，坚持“尚美求真、创新卓越”的办学理念，以培养高素质艺术专业人才为目标，已发展成为宁夏乃至西部地区艺术人才成长的重要摇篮。

Ningxia Vocational College of Art is a full-time public ordinary higher vocational college located in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. Its predecessor was Ningxia Art School founded in 1979. In February 2014, it was approved by the Autonomous Region People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education to be formally established as a college. In May 2024, Ningxia Tourism School was merged into the college. Adhering to the school motto of "Excellence in both morality and art, mutual growth of literature and art" and the educational philosophy of "Pursuing beauty and truth, innovating for excellence", the college aims to cultivate high-quality artistic professionals and has become an important cradle for the growth of artistic talents in Ningxia and even western China.

学院现有文昌街、同心街两校区，均位于银川市西夏区职业教育园区，占地面积320亩，建筑面积7.2万平方米，馆藏图书17.61万册。设有音乐系、舞蹈系、美术系、戏剧与影视系、公共系和马克思主义教学科研部6个二级教学单位，开设音乐表演、舞蹈表演、艺术设计、戏剧影视表演、播音主持、网络直播与运营等17个高职专业及5个中职专业。现有教职工233人，其中博士学位4人，硕士研究生85人，专任教师148人，副高以上职称教师39人，双师型教师85人。

The college currently has two campuses, Wenchang Street and Tongxin Street, both located in the Vocational Education Park of Xixia District, Yinchuan City, covering an area of 320 mu with a building area of 72,000 square meters and a collection of 176,100 books. It has 6 secondary teaching units: the Department of Music, Department of Dance, Department of Fine Arts, Department of Drama and Film & Television, Department of Public Courses, and the Marxist Teaching and Research Department. It offers 17 higher vocational majors such as Music Performance, Dance Performance, Art Design, Drama and Film & Television Performance, Broadcasting and Hosting, Network Live Broadcasting and Operation, as well as 5 secondary vocational majors. There are 233 faculty members, including 4 with doctoral degrees, 85 with master's degrees, 148 full-time teachers, 39 teachers with associate senior titles or above, and 85 double-qualified teachers.

建校40多年来，学院先后为区内外培养了数千名优秀艺术人才，知名校友包括中央民族大学声乐教授黑力、上海音乐学院声乐教授赵勇、著名影视演员陶虹、中国戏剧奖梅花表演奖获得者刘京、侯艳等。学院积极开展对外交流合作，与上海戏剧学院等多所国内知名艺术院校建立合作关系，并与英国北安普敦大学、美国密苏里州大学艺术学院签订合作办学协议，为学生搭建了多元化的成长平台。近年来，学院毕业生就业率保持在98%以上，已成为全国文化干部培训基地、文化和旅游部宁夏培训基地依托单位及自治区专业技术人员继续教育基地。

Over the past 40 years since its establishment, the college has cultivated thousands of outstanding artistic talents for both inside and outside the region. Well-known alumni include He Li, a vocal music professor at Minzu University of China, Zhao Yong, a vocal music professor at Shanghai Conservatory of Music, famous film and television actress Tao Hong, and Liu Jing and Hou Yan, winners of the Plum Blossom Performance Award of China Theatre Award. The college actively carries out foreign exchanges and cooperation, has established cooperative relations with many domestic famous art colleges such as Shanghai Theatre Academy, and has signed cooperative education agreements with the University of Northampton in the UK and the School of Art of the University of Missouri in the United States, building a diversified growth platform for students. In recent years, the employment rate of college graduates has remained above 98%, and it has become a national cultural cadre training base, a supporting unit of the Ningxia Training Base of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and a continuing education base for professional and technical personnel in the autonomous region.
