焦作师范高等专科学校（简称焦作师专）是河南省高水平高等职业学校和高水平专业建设单位，前身为创办于1907年的怀庆府师范学堂，是河南省最早举办教师教育的院校之一。2002年3月经国家教育部批准，由河南省沁阳师范学校、焦作教育学院、焦作师范学校合并组建为全日制普通高等专科学校。学校秉承“厚德、进学、明辨、笃行”的校训，坚守教育报国初心，为河南省特别是豫西北地区基础教育和经济社会发展作出了积极贡献。

Jiaozuo Normal College (abbreviated as Jiaozuo Teachers College) is a high-level vocational school and high-level professional construction unit in Henan Province. Its predecessor was Huaiqingfu Normal School founded in 1907, one of the earliest institutions in Henan Province to conduct teacher education. Approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2002, it was merged from Henan Qinyang Normal School, Jiaozuo Institute of Education, and Jiaozuo Normal School into a full-time ordinary higher vocational college. Adhering to the school motto of "Houde, Jinxue, Mingbian, Duxing" (Virtue, Learning, Discernment, Practice), the college坚守教育报国初心 and has made positive contributions to basic education and economic and social development in Henan Province, especially in northwestern Henan.

学校现有新校区、南校区、北校区三个校区，建筑面积近30万平方米，教学仪器设备价值近1亿元，馆藏中外文纸质图书127万余册。设有12个学院、45个专科专业，重点布局小学教育、学前教育、电子商务等专业群，拥有教育部财政部支持重点建设专业2个、省级特色专业5个、省级示范性实训基地3个。先后荣获全国科普教育基地、国家级语言文字规范化示范校、河南省文明校园标兵等称号。

The college has three campuses: New Campus, South Campus, and North Campus, with a building area of nearly 300,000 square meters, teaching equipment worth nearly 100 million yuan, and a collection of over 1.27 million Chinese and foreign paper books. It has 12 schools and 45 specialized majors, focusing on professional groups such as primary education, preschool education, and e-commerce. It has 2 key construction majors supported by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, 5 provincial-level characteristic majors, and 3 provincial-level demonstration training bases. It has successively won titles such as National Popular Science Education Base, National Language Standardization Demonstration School, and Henan Provincial Civilized Campus Model.
