江西青年职业学院是经江西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，前身为1952年创立的江西省团校，2004年5月正式成立。学校坐落于南昌市经济技术开发区，秉持“育人为本、质量为纲、特色为魂”的办学理念，是江西省优质专科高等职业院校，兼具高等职业教育与青年人才培养双重职能。

Jiangxi Youth Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Its predecessor was the Jiangxi Provincial League School founded in 1952, and it was officially established in May 2004. Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nanchang City, the college adheres to the educational philosophy of "student-oriented, quality-focused, and characteristic-driven". It is a high-quality junior college in Jiangxi Province, with dual functions of higher vocational education and youth talent cultivation.

学校以“立德树人、知行合一”为校训，构建了覆盖青少年教育、现代服务、信息技术等领域的20余个专业体系，拥有2个国家级骨干专业（青少年工作与管理、电子商务）、2个省级高水平专业群及1门国家精品在线开放课程。现有专兼职教师520余人，双师型教师占比56.4%，在校生规模达1.1万余人，形成了“志愿服务育人”“一生一方案个性化培养”等特色办学模式。

With the school motto of "Establish Morality and Cultivate People, Unity of Knowledge and Practice", the college has built a system of over 20 majors covering youth education, modern services, information technology, etc. It boasts 2 national-level key majors (Youth Work and Management, E-commerce), 2 provincial high-level professional groups, and 1 national excellent online open course. There are more than 520 full-time and part-time teachers, with 56.4% being "double-qualified" teachers, and the student enrollment exceeds 11,000. The college has formed distinctive educational models such as "volunteer service education" and "personalized cultivation with 'one plan per student'".

近年来，学校先后荣获全国依法治理创建活动先进单位、江西省首批劳动教育特色示范学校等称号，主办的《青年发展论坛》入选全国职业院校核心期刊。通过深化产教融合，与东方航空、南昌轨道交通集团等企业共建实训基地，毕业生就业率连续保持全省高校前列，为区域经济社会发展培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

In recent years, the college has successively been awarded titles such as "Advanced Unit in National Law-based Governance Creation Activities" and "Jiangxi Provincial First Batch of Labor Education Characteristic Demonstration Schools". Its sponsored journal "Youth Development Forum" has been selected as a core journal of national vocational colleges. By deepening industry-education integration, it has established training bases with enterprises such as China Eastern Airlines and Nanchang Rail Transit Group. The employment rate of graduates has remained at the forefront of colleges in Jiangxi Province, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional economic and social development.
