江西工业职业技术学院是1999年经教育部批准成立的江西省首批独立设置的公办全日制综合性高等职业院校，是江西省示范性高职院校、省级优质高职院校、教育部第三批现代学徒制试点单位及江西省高水平专业群建设单位。学校创办于1954年，历经调整、升格、合并、更名等发展阶段，至今已有70年办学历史。

Jiangxi Industry Polytechnic College is one of the first public full-time comprehensive higher vocational colleges independently established in Jiangxi Province with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 1999. It is a provincial demonstration higher vocational college, a provincial high-quality higher vocational college, a pilot unit of the third batch of modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education, and a construction unit of provincial high-level professional groups. Founded in 1954, the school has gone through stages of adjustment, upgrading, merger and renaming, and has a 70-year history of running a school.

学校现有瑶湖、青山湖、高新三个校区及共青城产教融合基地，占地面积1123亩，固定资产总值6.363亿元，教学仪器设备总值1.338亿元，各类在校生近1.6万人。教职工总数892人，其中专任教师714人，正教授41名，副高及以上职称教师占比20.17%，研究生学历或硕士以上学位教师占比48.04%，双师型教师占比34.13%。设有轻纺服装、机电工程等五个二级学院及八个二级教学单位，构建了现代纺织技术、人工智能技术应用等六大高水平专业群，专业总数稳定在45个，其中国家级现代学徒制试点专业1个，省级高水平专业群2个，省级双高计划优势特色专业2个，省级高职高专示范性专业4个。

The school currently has three campuses (Yaohu, Qingshanhu, and Gaoxin) and a Gongqingcheng industry-education integration base, covering an area of 1123 mu. The total value of fixed assets is 636.3 million yuan, the total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 133.8 million yuan, and there are nearly 16,000 students of various types. There are 892 faculty members, including 714 full-time teachers, 41 professors, 20.17% of teachers with associate senior titles or above, 48.04% of teachers with graduate degrees or master's degrees, and 34.13% of double-qualified teachers. It has five secondary colleges including Textile and Garment College, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College, and eight secondary teaching units. It has built six high-level professional groups such as modern textile technology and artificial intelligence technology application, with the total number of majors stable at 45. Among them, there is 1 national modern apprenticeship pilot major, 2 provincial high-level professional groups, 2 provincial double-high plan advantageous and characteristic majors, and 4 provincial higher vocational demonstration majors.

学校坚持高等职业教育办学方向，践行“经纬有序、德技双馨”校训，人才培养质量显著提升，先后荣获全国党建工作样板支部、江西省劳动示范校、江西省职业教育先进单位、江西省普通高校毕业生就业工作先进集体、南昌市文明校园等30多项国家、省、市、厅级荣誉称号。

Adhering to the orientation of higher vocational education and practicing the school motto of "Orderly Weaving, Virtue and Skill", the school has significantly improved the quality of talent training. It has successively won more than 30 national, provincial, municipal and departmental honorary titles such as National Model Branch of Party Building Work, Jiangxi Provincial Labor Model School, Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Jiangxi Province, Advanced Collective of Graduate Employment Work in Jiangxi Provincial Colleges and Universities, and Civilized Campus in Nanchang City.
