江西管理职业学院是经江西省人民政府批准、国家教育部审核备案的全日制公办普通高等院校，是江西省唯一一所综合性管理学院。学院前身为1981年成立的江西行政管理干部学院，2008年设立江西管理职业学院，主要培养医药健康和养老服务等领域的技术技能人才。学校坐落于江西省南昌市，现有翠林、梅湖、青山湖三个校区，总占地面积640余亩，校园环境优美，被誉为江西省最美校园之一。

Jiangxi Vocational College of Management is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is the only comprehensive management college in Jiangxi Province. Formerly known as Jiangxi Administrative Cadre College founded in 1981, it was restructured into its current name in 2008, focusing on cultivating technical talents in medical health and elderly care services. Located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, the college has three campuses (Cui Lin, Mei Hu, and Qing Shan Hu) covering a total area of over 640 mu, boasting a beautiful campus environment and recognized as one of the most scenic campuses in Jiangxi.

学院师资力量雄厚，现有专职教师300余人，其中教授33人、副教授99人，占比达43%；博士19人、硕士46人，占比21.6%；享受国务院和省政府特殊津贴专家15人。教学设施完善，建有计算机实验室、语音室、多媒体教室等现代化教学场所，学生公寓、食堂等后勤服务设施齐全，学生食堂连续多年被评为省级餐饮服务食品安全A级单位。

The college boasts a strong faculty team with over 300 full-time teachers, including 33 professors and 99 associate professors (accounting for 43%), 19 doctors and 46 masters (21.6%). There are 15 experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council and Jiangxi Provincial Government. The teaching facilities are well-equipped with modern teaching venues such as computer labs, language labs, and multimedia classrooms. Logistic services including student apartments and canteens are fully provided, with the student canteen rated as Grade A in provincial food safety assessment for consecutive years.

学院坚持"特色兴校、以人为本"的办学理念，以培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高素质技术技能人才为目标，开设15个招生专业，形成了覆盖管理、医药、信息技术等领域的专业体系。学生社团活动丰富多彩，法学社、计算机协会、艺术团等组织为学生提供了多元化的能力培养平台，近年来毕业生就业率保持较高水平，专业对口率位居全省同类院校前列。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Developing through Characteristics, People-Oriented Education", the college aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents for frontline production, construction, management and service sectors. It offers 15 enrollment majors, forming a professional system covering management, medicine, information technology and other fields.
