河南对外经济贸易职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，前身为1965年建校的河南省外贸学校，2020年正式更名，2023年由河南省商务厅转隶河南省教育厅管理。学校以“博学明理、进德修业”为校训，秉持“以国际视野办学，育高端商务人才”的理念，致力于培养外经贸领域高素质技术技能人才。

Henan Institute of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Henan Foreign Trade School founded in 1965, which was officially renamed in 2020 and transferred to the administration of Henan Provincial Department of Education in 2023. With the school motto of "Erudition and Rationality, Advancing Virtue and Practicing", the college adheres to the philosophy of "running a school with an international perspective and cultivating high-end business talents", dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the field of foreign economy and trade.

学校现有郑州、开封两个校区及1个产教融合实训基地，总占地510亩，建筑面积78140平方米，教学仪器设备总值约1180万元，馆藏纸质图书9万册、电子图书10万余册。设有国际经贸学院、应用外语学院等9个教学院部，开设国际经济与贸易、大数据与会计等23个专业，形成以财经类为特色，涵盖工、理、经、管、文、艺六大学科的专业体系，现有全日制在校生12000余人，专兼职教师500余人，其中副高级以上职称47人，省级职业教育教学专家、学术技术带头人等各类优秀人才20余人。

The college has two campuses in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, and one industry-education integration training base, covering a total area of 510 mu with a construction area of 78,140 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is about 11.8 million yuan, with 90,000 paper books and more than 100,000 e-books in the library. It has 9 teaching departments including the School of International Economics and Trade and the School of Applied Foreign Languages, offering 23 majors such as International Economics and Trade and Big Data and Accounting, forming a professional system featuring finance and economics, covering six disciplines of engineering, science, economics, management, literature and art. There are more than 12,000 full-time students and over 500 full-time and part-time teachers, including 47 with associate senior titles or above, and more than 20 outstanding talents such as provincial vocational education teaching experts and academic and technical leaders.
