黑龙江司法警官职业学院始建于1979年，是经黑龙江省人民政府批准成立、国家教育部备案的公办政法类全日制普通高等学校，是黑龙江省唯一一所培养司法专门人才的高等职业院校，也是黑龙江省司法行政系统人民警察的培训基地。学院历经中专教育、高等职业教育及司法行政人民警察招录便捷机制改革等发展阶段，曾获司法部集体一等功，被评为国家级重点学校、全国“双师型”教师培养培训基地等，奠定了全省法律类高等职业教育龙头地位。

Founded in 1979, Heilongjiang Judicial Police Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is the only higher vocational college in Heilongjiang Province that cultivates specialized judicial talents and serves as a training base for people's police in the province's judicial administrative system. The college has gone through stages of secondary vocational education, higher vocational education, and reform of the convenient recruitment mechanism for judicial administrative police officers. It has been awarded the Collective First-Class Merit by the Ministry of Justice and rated as a National Key School and a National Training Base for "Double-Qualified" Teachers, establishing its leading position in legal higher vocational education in the province.

学院坚持“稳步发展高等职业教育，大力发展在职继续教育”的办学指导思想，以“能文能武、又红又专”为校训，实施“五化”教育管理模式，构建学历教育与在职培训“双轮驱动”的办学格局。现设刑事执行、刑事侦查技术等8个招生专业，其中3个省级重点专业、2个中央财政支持重点专业；拥有215名专任教师，92人具高级职称，109人属“双师”素质教师；建有41个校内实验实训室及150个校外实习实训基地，包括全省24个监狱、14个强制隔离戒毒所等，为学生提供优质实践平台。

Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "steadily developing higher vocational education and vigorously developing in-service continuing education", the college takes "Being both literate and martial, both red and professional" as its school motto, implements the "Five Modernizations" education management model, and constructs a school-running pattern of "dual-wheel drive" of academic education and in-service training. It currently offers 8 enrollment majors including Criminal Execution and Criminal Investigation Technology, among which 3 are provincial key majors and 2 are key majors supported by central finance. The college has 215 full-time teachers, 92 with senior professional titles and 109 with "double-qualified" qualities. It has built 41 on-campus experimental training rooms and 150 off-campus internship and training bases, including 24 prisons and 14 compulsory isolation detoxification centers in the province, providing high-quality practice platforms for students.

学院位于哈尔滨市南岗区学府路，教学设施完善，配备学术报告厅、警体训练馆、实弹射击训练馆等现代化设施，及餐饮、医疗等综合服务体系。作为省高职高专教育法律类专业教学指导委员会主任委员单位，学院深化教育教学改革，创新人才培养机制，为黑龙江省司法行政系统人才培养作出突出贡献，毕业生成为全省监狱、戒毒人民警察的主要来源。

Located on Xuefu Road, Nangang District, Harbin, the college has complete teaching facilities, including modern facilities such as academic lecture halls, police physical training halls, live ammunition shooting training halls, and a comprehensive service system for catering and medical care. As the chairman unit of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Legal Majors in Higher Vocational Education in the province, the college deepens education and teaching reform, innovates talent training mechanisms, and has made outstanding contributions to talent cultivation for the judicial administrative system in Heilongjiang Province. Its graduates have become the main source of prison and drug rehabilitation police officers in the province.
