哈尔滨商贸职业学院是经黑龙江省人民政府批准、教育部备案的统招高等学校，始建于2006年，前身为黑龙江应用职业学院，列入全国统一招生计划，毕业颁发教育部电子注册全国承认的统招大专毕业证书。学院坐落于哈尔滨学院路大学城、哈尔滨新区教育核心区，毗邻多所大学集群，交通便利，人文厚重，学习氛围浓厚。

Harbin Commerce and Trade Vocational College is a unified enrollment higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 2006, its predecessor was Heilongjiang Applied Vocational College.
